This meeting is being conducted in person and electronically. For each matter considered by the commission, there will first be a staff presentation followed by a presentation from the project applicant. Testimony from supports of the project would then be taken, followed by testimony from those in opposition. The applicant will have the right to a final rebuttal presentation prior to closing the public hearing. In accordance with section 13 of article two of the Planning Commission rules and regulations governing the length of public debate, all public testimony from those in support and in opposition of the project will be limited to three minutes per person.

So this Monday, we actually celebrated Doctor. King's legacy. And I was actually very impressed to read an article how doctor King rallied in Fresno for housing equality and equity in 1964. I think being on the commission, we do have a huge I mean, we we do a lot of readings, lot of a lot of we pass a lot of things, we question a lot of things. So, think that's very important. So, housing is very very important. So, I think the work the city is doing, our mayor Dyer is doing, council, and this body is doing is is great. So thank you. And I just wanna also thank all the community for celebrating Doctor. King's legacy.

And tonight, staff brings forth consideration of free zone application number P25Dash01778 and development permit application number P25Dash01774 which was submitted by Galloway and I'd like to note to staff that or to the commissioners that the project applicant, the property owner, and the representative present here tonight. And prior to beginning my presentation, would staff would just like to note that exhibit g of the staff report, which is the conditions of approval, Did not include the department and agency comments and conditions, however these have been included into the conditions and have been provided to you on the dais.
