Planning Commission - Regular Meeting

Sorry for the delay, y'all. Yep, he said it. All right, we're going to open up the meeting tonight. Uh will T Commissioner Kerr, will you do the opening prayer for us, please? Sure. Dear heavenly father, thank you for uh today. Thank you for our safety. Thank you for uh allowing us to to gather and to meet uh and to be free. Uh Lord, protect us today. Protect our elections. Uh did anyone want to sign up that Fern got to or neglected to? And we'll skip past that. Move on. Next is the acceptance of the agenda. Everybody's had time to look at the agenda. I hope you see everything there. Do I have a motion for the acceptance? moved. So moved.

All right, we have a second. Uh, now I want to make sure one thing you guys look at it really close because I don't want to pull anything off of it. Any opposed? All right. Thank you. So, next is the consent agenda. Okay. So, I won't read every one of these things, but I'll go through it very clo quickly for you. You have Forest Park phase 2 A and 3A, Forest Park phase 7, Forest Park phase one, section two, Forest Park and and let me stop right there for a second. The first two were preliminary plats. The third one, Forest Park phase one section two, that's a final plat. You have also another final plat, Forest Park phase 1 section three. Lincoln Rockland final plat. And then Imperial Square section one lot four and section four lot three Waw Wa that's also a final flat. Let's see what else is there.

Yep. So now let's move on down. The next ones that you have is site plans which is 134 Chival Drive site plan and also Lincoln Rockland site plan. We got more N&N moving supply site plan. the Rugby Fields Pavilion Extension site plan and then the Waw Wa site plan. So, all of those are on our consent agenda tonight. And now I just need a motion if you all have one to offer. Okay. And it's a it needs to be to approve with all staff comments.

Thank you very much. Okay, now we're at the staff staff level projects have been approved. Again, all of these are approved. So, I'll hit them very quickly for you guys and go over them the highlights. But Hendersonville Business Park lot three um Stone Crest phase 5 section two and three elevation amendments. WA Shival addition lot one, two, and three final plat uh West Main Exxon beverage cooler edition site plan. So all of those are staff level projects that have been approved. And then the next thing we have beyond that is staff level projects pending CL PAL edition lot 17 and 18 resub final plat. And the back of the page is TBN Millennia Cottages final plat 645 East Main Street. So those are everything that we have outstanding tonight. Last thing we have unless anybody's got comments, questions. All right. Planning director comments. Yes, thank you, Mr. Chairman. Uh, as you can see on the agenda tonight, uh, there were a lot of items on the consent. This is fairly rare, uh, but this is a very positive thing. There's a lot of variety of things that are on there. Uh, but nobody was asking for waiverss, uh, that needed, uh, needed to go through, which we typically, you know, have somebody doing that. Uh, as well as, uh, the, uh, uh, everybody agreed with all of the, uh, the numerous staff comments. Uh so typically that is not the case but it just happened to line up this evening uh that that uh that that was the case. Uh so uh other than that I just do want to mention we mentioned earlier before the meeting uh we want to congratulate Chris uh that uh got promoted uh to um uh within the uh within the fire uh the fire department and uh we just really uh really appreciate uh the opportunity

we've had to work uh work with him and uh just wish him the best as fire marshal uh the new fire marshal uh for our community. So, congratulations, Chris.
