Good evening, we're gonna call to order the special meeting for finance and personnel at 6.23 p.m. Roll call, we are all here in chambers and we'll start with the new business. 26-0959, resolution approving concession agreement with La Crosse Concessionaire Corporation for La Crosse Center. Seeing no need to go into closed session. Attorney Maddie.

So the staff report identifies the purpose of this legislation. The only thing not in the staff report is that since we don't know the exact date when DMI is going to stop, the time is of the essence just to make sure we have the pieces moving forward so there's no interruption to business at the La Crosse Center.

Could you explain who makes up this concessionary group?

The concessionary corporation is made up of three city officers. That'd be the parks director, the city clerk, and myself.
