Planning Commission - Regular Meeting

Lucas, we're good. Yes. Okay. Thank you. Good evening everyone and welcome to the town of Planning Commission meeting for October 7, 2025. Uh this will be extremely brief. We are going to approve last meeting's minutes and uh basically with a brief explanation of what's going on and then we will call adjournment. So uh can I have an a motion? Well, first off, before the motion, are there any corrections, comments, edits to last month's minutes? Hearing none. Any Can I have a motion to approve September meeting? Moved. So moved. Um, it says, "Dear Mr. Ernis, for our conversation, I'd like to request a tableling to the meeting um next month." Um, so we received that uh today and this uh item will be moved until next month's meeting. Simple enough. Um, any public comments. Uh I'm not sure what it might be, but do

you need an action from us? Um I'm not certain legally if we need an action. I feel like it wouldn't hurt to make one. Um so if we could just make an action on the tableing of application for Let's get a motion to table it till next month. Set the set the applicant's request to table.
