It is possible that at least four (4) City Council or six (6) Human Rights Commission members may be present for the South Dakota Voices for Peace "Bystander to Upstander Training" to be held on Tuesday, May 19, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers. Though a majority of City Council or Human Rights Commission members may be present, no official city business will be acted upon. This notice constitutes sufficient public notice according to SD Codified Law 1-25-1.1.
