Planning Commission - Regular Meeting

Thank you. THANK YOU, RECORDS TEAM AND THE TECHNICAL TEAM BEHIND IT TO MAKE ALL THESE CHANGES HAPPEN SO FAST. WE APPRECIATE THE WORK THAT GOES INTO PUTTING THESE MEETINGS TOGETHER. So now we're in the limited formal meeting, just about an hour behind schedule, which is fine. This is not a standard formal meeting, so there is no general comment. You can join us on September 15th at 7 p.m. to share your comments. As you know, there's multiple ways to share your comments with us. AND YOU CAN E-MAIL US, SEND US MAIL OR CALL OUR PHONE LINE AND YOU CAN FIND THAT INFORMATION ON OUR WEBSITE. WE HAVE AN ITEM ON NEW BUSINESS, WHICH IS A RESOLUTION, SUNNY AMENDMENT AT APPROXIMATELY 247 NORTH 800 WEST EXTENSION AND I NEED A MOTION.

Mr. Chair, I move that the Council adopt a resolution extending the time period for satisfying the conditions set forth in Ordinance 56 of 2025 by one year to September 9, 2027. Second.

Any opposed? THIS MOTION CARRIES UNANIMOUSLY WITH ONE COUNCIL MEMBER ABSENT. NOW THE CONSENT AGENDA AND I NEED A MOTION.
