PC24-19ext: Brad Greenstein, of Arrow Consulting NY, LLC, on behalf of Mount Royal Villa Propco, LLC, is seeking a 180-day extension of the final site plan approval and conditional use permit for the operation of an inpatient healthcare facility, more specifically, a residential substance use treatment center, located at 13900 Bennett Road, also known as PPN: 482-34-013, in Public Facilities (PF) District zoning.

Final site plan approval and the approval of the conditional use permit was granted by the Planning Commission at the July 17, 2024 meeting. Council granted the conditional use permit, per Ord. 24-134, on September 4, 2024.

PC23-16ext: Mike Profant, of Profant Properties, LLC, is seeking a 180-day extension of the preliminary site plan approval for a 4,560 square foot front building addition, a 9,634 square foot rear building addition, and a proposed parking lot expansion for the existing building located at 12316 York Road, also known as PPN: 483-06-009, in General Industrial (GI) District zoning.

The project received preliminary site plan approval at the October 4, 2023 Planning Commission meeting. The first extension was granted at the September 4, 2024 meeting and a second extension was granted at the February 5, 2025 meeting.
