Subject: Meeting Minutes from the Regular Planning Commission Meeting of September 9, 2026.
Recommendation: Adopt the minutes.
CONSENT PUBLIC HEARING ITEMS - ROLL CALL VOTE
None.
Subject: Capital Village Residences—Major Design Review and Vesting Tentative Subdivision Map—Project No. PLND-0725-0134 (An Addendum to the Initial Study/Mitigated Negative Declaration (IS/MND) that was Completed in December 2022 (SCH No. 20220900063) has been Prepared Pursuant to Article 6 of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines) – Located at the Northeast Corner and Southwest Corner of International Drive and Kilgore Road; APNs: 072-0680-048, 072-0260-057, -058, -059, & -060.
Recommendation: Staff recommends that the Planning Commission: - Determine that the Addendum to the 2022 Initial Study/Mitigated Negative Declaration adequately addresses the environmental effects of the proposed project and that no further environmental review is required pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA); and - Adopt the Resolution approving the Major Design Review and Vesting Tentative Subdivision Map for Capital Village Residences.
