NEW BUSINESSItem 1.

Patrick Carroll is requesting to rezone his 14.91 acres from A1 to A2 to allow the property to become eligible to meet the 10-acre minimum lot size requirement for a proposed canine boarding facility, as the current A1 zone requires a minimum of 25 acres for the use.

The property is located at 4355 Hwy 106 S in Hull on map 0028, parcel 102-06A in District 1.
