The Council will consider a resolution approving the 2026 Mid-Year Budget Supplemental related to budgetary impacts associated with House Bill 2015 Public Safety Grant.
Public Hearing: Rules of Procedure
The Council will consider an ordinance amending Clark County Code section 2.09.040 Rules of Procedure.
Public Hearing: 2025 Consolidated Annual Performance Evaluation Report (CAPER)
The Council will review the 2025 Consolidated Annual Performance Evaluation Report (CAPER) and receive public comments prior to submission to the U.S. Department of Urban Development. The 2025 CAPER describes the programs and outcomes that were achieved with Community Development Block Grant and HOME Investment Partnerships funding between July 1, 2025, and June 30, 2026.
