Village Council - Regular Meeting

Case number 21-CV-22819-RKA. This session is estimated to last about 60 minutes, and the following people may be in attendance at this meeting. Myself, Joseph M. Cordino, Vice Mayor Ken Fairman, Village Council Members Jerry Greenberg, James McDonald, and Ariel Meyer, may be in the session. Village attorneys Mitch Beerman, Chad Freeman, Alicia Gonzalez, Eric Stetton, Jack McCluskey, and Village Manager Yosin Galeano. These proceedings will be recorded by a certified court reporter, and at the conclusion of all litigation, if that ever happens, discussed, the transcript will be made part of the public record. All those individuals who I've named shall now convene in the manager's conference room.

Mr. Chair, I just want to clarify that it will only be myself and Alicia Gonzalez And Mr. McCluskey and the other attorneys that were mentioned will not be present.
