Subdivision & Land Development
RCM Investments, LLC, 100 Filbert Street – Prelim/Final Land Development Plan -Need a motion to approve a waiver request from Section 135-16, to allow the plan to be submitted as a Preliminary/Final Plan, recommended by the Planning Commission. -Need a motion to approve a waiver request from Section 76-18.G(1), to allow an 8 inch diameter stormwater pipe under the building instead of the required 15 inch pipe so as long as a note is added to the cover sheet of the plan stating the township is not responsible for the pipe, recommended by the Planning Commission. -Need a motion to conditionally approve the Preliminary/Final Plan and Resolution 2024-R, recommended by the Planning Commission.
Zoning
There will not be a Zoning Hearing Board meeting in November. The Zoning Hearing Board held a decisional meeting on 10.10.2024 and the applicant was approved for a Special Exception, for the use and the Variance request for the height of the digestors.
