Jones Rd. (MPC 2026-001)

A resolution by the City Council of the City of El Reno, Oklahoma, affirming a finding of a dilapidated structure at 1008 W. Hayes; authorizing the measures necessary to demolish or remove such structures; and authorize the bringing of any actions in District Court necessary to abate such public nuisance, allowing Mayor to sign documents associated. An ordinance amending the Code of Ordinances of El Reno, Oklahoma; amending code chapter two hundred forty-three (243) article II Mobile Home Parks; adding new sections establishing definitions, mobile home park licensing requirements, annual licensing, life-saving inspections, operational standards, fees, and enforcement; providing for applicability to existing and new parks; providing for repealer; providing for severability; and declaring an emergency.
