Here. Thank you and welcome. We're excited to be here in person with options for those who choose not to be in person to still participate virtually. Thank you for your cooperation and for helping us maintain an efficient and accessible environment. There are several ways to participate in this meeting. For those attending in person, you may complete a yellow request to speak slip and hand it to the city clerk. If you're participating remotely, use the raise your hand feature in Zoom and you will be called on at the appropriate time. If you're calling in via phone, please press star nine to raise your hand and when called upon, you may press star six to unmute. These options for public comment will remain available until I close public comment for any particular item For members of the public who are watching us on YouTube, if you wish to provide live public comment, please note we don't currently have that function available through YouTube. Just through the Zoom webinar, you'll want to use the access information located in our agenda at www.cityofsanmateo.org. Before we move on to our regular business, I would like to announce that public hearing item number three, high density mixed use and multifamily districts and zoning code updates ordinance introduction has been rescheduled to a future meeting. So that leaves two closed session items in our special meeting tonight. These would be both conferences with labor negotiators. We have an opportunity for public comment before we begin. City Clerk, are there any members of the public who would like to comment on this item before we convene into a closed session meeting?

1:19:51Speaker 1

Mayor Lorraine, we have not received any requests to speak on either of the closed session items, either in person or in our virtual environment. OK, thank you.

1:20:00 – 1:52:37Speaker 2

I will close public comment and we will convene into closed session and return when we have completed those items and we'll be back. Thank you for your patience. Good evening folks. Thank you for your patience. We have just returned from closed session items from the special meeting tonight and I will now adjourn the special meeting after which we will begin our regular meeting in about five minutes time. So please bear with us again. Thank you. And we'll be back in five minutes.
