2026-422 NORTH CAROLINA ASSOCIATION OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS (NCACC) REVIEW OF PLANNING INTERLOCAL AGREEMENTS AND FEES
Background: Staff will review an overview of interlocal agreements and discuss a proposed partnership with NCACC to evaluate the agreements and associated fee structure. Requested Action: Receive a report from staff and approve a resolution authorizing the County Manager to request a no-cost programmatic and operational review through NCACC.
2026-424 DANGEROUS OR VICIOUS ANIMAL APPEAL BOARD
Background: Staff will provide an overview of the dangerous or vicious declaration process and the appeal board. Requested Action: Receive a report from staff on the Dangerous or Vicious Animal Appeal Board and awareness on the rules and procedures.
2026-420 EMPLOYEE BENEFITS PLAN
Background: Staff will present recommendations for the 2027 plan year. Requested Action: Consider policy recommendations for plan year 2027.
2026-421 CARE MANAGEMENT FOR AT RISK CHILDREN (CMARC) AND CARE MANAGEMENT FOR HIGH-RISK PREGNANCIES (CMHRP) SERVICE MODEL TRANSITION
Background: Staff will provide an overview of CMARC/CMAP, including current activities, key considerations, and potential next steps for the Board's discussion. Requested Action: Receive a report from staff and provide direction on policy options related to CMARC and CMHRP program.
2026-423 DATA CENTERS
Background: Staff will provide an overview of data center development, including land use, infrastructure, utility, economic development, and policy considerations for Guilford County. Requested Action: Receive an update on data centers and consider policy options.
