Business Item – West Main Street Corridor - CU Denver - Visioning Project
Josh Mabis, a student in CU Denver's Master of Urban and Regional Planning program, will introduce himself and share an overview of his Capstone project. The project focuses on reimagining Buena Vista's West Main Gateway to improve multimodal safety and connectivity. This is a conceptual visioning process and not a set of final design or construction documents. Josh's work includes site observations, a public survey, and research on rural corridor improvements. Deliverables will include street redesign concepts, a map of potential mobility hub locations, and identification of funding mechanisms.
