Mayor Wilkerson and present. And we have a short agenda today. Just one action item. That action item is a consideration of a resolution of the board of commissioners of the city of Frankfurt, Kentucky regarding the recent appropriation of funds to Anderson Industrial Development Authority. Motion to approve. Second. Okay, we have a motion to approve this resolution. And is there any discussion questions? Commissioner Richardson,

the only thing I want to clarify if anyone's watching that this is, you know, we just are doing our our due diligence and caution to make sure all parameters are met to uh abide by what we originally wanted to uh with the other three entities. I kind of am I correct on that, mayor? That's kind of what we're doing. We're just making sure that uh what we entered into I guess would have been end of last year uh that as long as everything is is met in the parameters within that uh agreement that we're still on board. Correct.

Yes. It's u my thinking is this is just a prudent step if to make sure that the closings happen as indicated before we hand over the the money that we appropriated before. Yes. Yeah.
