Good afternoon. I am Connor Ali, contracts and procurement manager here at the town of Fort Myers Beach. I'm accompanied by Amy Baker, town clerk. This is a proposal opening for disaster debris removal and disposal services RFP number 26-11-ES. This RFP was issued on March 16th at 9:55 a.m. and proposals were due today, April 16th, at 2:00 p.m. We received a total of 14 proposals and I will list the companies of all the 14 proposals. Aftermath disaster recovery, Crowder Golf Joint Venture, Inc. CTC Disaster Response, Inc. DBB Security Services LLC. DBB did have an incomplete proposal. DRC Emergency Services LLC, Dynamic Group LLC, Grubs Emergency Services LLC, MSF Tree and Landscaping, with an incomplete bid or proposal, excuse me. Phillips Environmental LLC, Rapid Response Disaster Services LLC, Southern Disaster Recovery, TFR Enterprises, Inc., Terry Tree Service LLC, and United Freight Services LLC. We will be giving the proposals to the

selection committee, which is scheduled to meet April 27th, we will rank the top three firms and be given to town council to make their recommendation for contracts for a primary and a secondary vendor. That will complete today's proposal opening. Thank you very much. 217 is the current time.
