Site Plan Review and Special Permit -123 University Ave, 01854

TLGLE, LLC has applied to the Lowell Planning Board for Site Plan Review and Special Permit approval to convert the existing building at 123 University Ave into two (2) ground floor commercial units and twelve (12) studio apartments. The subject property is located in the Traditional Mixed-Use (TMU) zoning district. The proposal requires Site Plan Review approval from the Planning Board for the creation of a residential development with more than 3 residential units under Section 11.4 of the Lowell Zoning Ordinance, and Special Permit approval under Section 12.1 for the construction of 11 or more units in the TMU zone.
