STATUTORY AUTHORITY TO CLOSE SESSION
I will now entertain a motion to go into closed session pursuant to the Maryland General Provisions Article, Section 3-305(b) This meeting is closed under General Provisions Article, § 3-305(b) of the Annotated Code of Maryland. The specific exception checked below applies to this session: - (1) Personnel Matters: To discuss the appointment, employment, assignment, promotion, discipline, demotion, compensation, removal, resignation, or performance evaluation of appointees, employees, or officials over whom this public body has jurisdiction. The motion has been made and seconded, we will now take a roll-call vote to close the meeting:
