Let us know how the sound is. We're working a little differently today. But yeah, so let's get started. And Megan, so glad you could join us today. Thank you for having me. So happy to have you here. Tell us a little about yourself.

So, well, my husband and I moved here with our daughter about a year and a half ago. We are originally from upstate New York, not the city. We grew up in a population very similar to Wilson County. um so we wanted to come to texas my husband is the owner of gators guns if anyone's familiar and my business is 181 structures we are located at 2840 business loop um 181 north and that's right in floresville and so yeah if you're familiar with gator's guns i'm right in the back end of the plaza so we are right there together yeah yeah great location and

I just had to sit you down and go, okay, where did you come up with this concept? And you're running this side of the business because, you know, I'm familiar with Gators and Guns. Gators Guns. And we had him on WCN Live some months back, so you can go watch that video, go find it here from our show and meet Cam. But, yeah, he talked about, you know, how y'all came from New York and established yourselves here. So just where did this come from?

So we originally, so we bought the plaza and there was someone who had been doing business prior to me and we just kind of were thinking of the concept and I'm like, why can't I do that? I was a stay at home mom at the time, you know, I was helping Cameron, you know, build his business and I was like, you know, I've got some time, why don't I just learn the business? And we're big into small businesses. We want to keep the money local. We want to keep the money to support our local economy. So I wanted to make sure that if I was going to go with this concept, I wanted to go with businesses that are going to be manufactured right here in Texas to keep the money here and build this economy. So I was really fortunate to be able to work with Capital Metal Buildings as well as Woodmaster Sheds. And I was able to tour their facilities and actually see how everything is produced. It's been really just awesome working with the companies.

Yeah, that sounds pretty amazing. Tell us the process because that means like you sat down here when we first got here and told me about your business and you are very well informed. You know what you're talking about. You know your products. So I can see that you can really help your customers. Yeah. And it sounds like you learned because you have actually learned things. You've gone and seen. So tell us the process about these metal buildings. What's involved?

So I don't just do metal buildings, which is really cool. So metal buildings are part of my inventory. So the metal buildings are very different than the wood master shed. So the metal buildings are custom to me. customer so if whatever size doors windows colors everything can be customized to that customer specifications whereas Woodmaster we have a catalog so we have certain sizes models available and whatever is on my lot is obviously available for sale and then if you see something that you you know want to change we can always do custom orders as well so we're very versatile in that respect which is really awesome yeah

And what makes what you do special for people here in Wilson County? What makes your products and what you're doing really help people?

So what makes us a little bit different is that, sorry, let me just look at a few notes. Okay, so we want to offer a really great customer experience. I've been always big into customer service. I have done customer service on the front lines. I've done direct calls, direct sales, all of that stuff. So I know how to like deal with the people, take care of the people. I know what they're looking for. You know, I understand like even for older folks, sometimes, you know, that online stuff can be really complicated. I'm going to sit down and I'm going to work with you on this and we're going to get through it together. So, you know, I want to make sure that, you know, everybody feels comfortable coming in and they're not like, oh, God, it's going to be this long, drawn out process. It's not. It's very simple. Yeah. We want to work with everybody's budgets everybody's on a budget these days and we offer on all of our buildings traditional Financing but even better with the wood master sheds we make that even a little more affordable by offering our rent-to-own program the rent-to-own program is 90 days same as cash requires no credit check and first month down delivers the building and Anybody in Wilson County is eligible for free delivery on top of that and with our metal buildings, those are all built on site. So we would do the custom order and then the company is going to come to your property and build everything right there on site.

How long does a process like that take?

It depends on the building. If you were to buy a building off, like if you were to buy a Woodmaster shed off of my lot, we can probably get you into it within like one to two weeks. If you do a custom build, it might add an additional week onto that just for the build itself. But everything's pretty much turned around in just a few weeks. You'll have your building within less than a month.

Have you described the types and sizes of buildings you carry?

We have everything from garages, we can do barns, we have greenhouses, I have chicken coops, we offer dog kennels, playhouses, cabins. None of our products are finished out, they are just the structures. You know, but that's not to say you can't just, you know, have somebody go and finish it out and do whatever you want. Then you can make it custom to your specifications.

Okay, cool. Let's see. Do you have, I'll just kind of go in order here. Do you have any sales that are going on?

So Woodmaster has a really awesome sale going on. It's actually one of our biggest sales of the season. It's our inventory blowout sale. So that's offering a savings between $300 and $1,000 on individual buildings. So that's a really big sale going on right now. I definitely encourage anybody interested, come check out my lot. I actually have a delivery coming in today, so I'm going to be having some additional buildings that will be included in that sale as well.

Oh, good. Okay. And you talked about delivery and how that works. Is there anything more to that? So basically you live in Wilson County, so the delivery is free?

Delivery is free as long as you own your property. If it's something where you rent or have an HOA, then you can just get the permission from the property owners or your HOA and just say that, yes, this has been approved.

It's a very, very simple process. And then we talked about buildings, they come as they are, so they're not finished on the inside, but there's lots that you can do with that. Some people may leave them that way or do something they want with them. Talk about your price range.

So our price ranges, we offer a very wide variety. Our prices are fit to customer specifications. So our metal buildings are custom quoted to those specifications. So I can't really say it's like within this price range because it varies so differently. But our Woodmaster prices, we have buildings starting at like $3,400. And with that said, we do offer, again, the financing and the rent to own. So we do make that a very achievable thing.

And you did, Sharon asked about your hours and she asked about financing, which you did mention. So what are your hours?

So my hours are pretty basic. I'm only there 10 to 2, Tuesday through Friday. However, I do offer very flexible meeting times. If you can only come on the weekends or if you can come after my hours, just give me a call, shoot me a message on Messenger, reach me anyway. And I am very flexible. I live like five minutes down the road, so I can be there in a matter of minutes. And I do try to be flexible with everybody. I'm around most of the time. That's so nice. Yeah.

Warranties. So yes, all of our buildings are covered under warranties. There's different warranties based off of whether the structure is completed. There's going to be warranties off the completed structures, and then there's also material warranties. So it just really depends on what the specific warranty is you're looking for.

And just to kind of circle back to all of this, if you're maybe just joining at the end of this conversation, be sure to go back and watch from the beginning. But we're talking about 181 structures. And it's like what you say on Facebook, ready to make your metal building and carport visions become reality. Metal buildings and you have the wood. And the wood masters. So that's just a lot of variety with things you can do. And really giving... I think our Wilson County residents, some good choices for what they're doing with their properties, whether you need a chicken coop, like you had said, or some of those different things.

And it's no pressure. You're not coming in. I'm not trying to just sell you everything that's on my lot. I want to make sure that you're going to be happy with your purchase because that means more to me than my numbers. I want to make sure that my clients are happy when they come back. I want to, you know, because I do have people that will buy something and they're like, hey, I really like that. That came out really well. We want another one. So, you know, I'm always happy to work with people and to make sure that we can work with your budgets. And I want to make sure that the customer is happy. That's my biggest goal.

So my 181 Structures has been about maybe six, seven months. So it's still fairly new. I'm still building at it. And I only plan on growing it from here. It's only going to get bigger and better from here. So definitely come check us out. We've got new stuff coming in all the time.

You've got a really excellent location and really lots to offer. So well, kudos to you. Really good job and really enjoyed learning about what you're doing. So my 181 Structures.
