e e Hey listen I go in count houses so there's 21 houses over in uh uh G's Landing right now so 97 in okay I've got 10: a.m. I'd like to call the Monday March 17th 2025 Boer City Parish Metropolitan Planning Commission special meeting to order KY could you call roll Jim fine is absent Dave Haden here ma'am Donnie McDaniel here Michelle Wallace is absent art Schult here Jeff dipin here Chris Turner is absent we do have a quorum he KY would you read the decorum statement please in accordance with Louisiana open meetings law the Boer City Parish NPC asked for order and decorum at our meetings please silence your cell phones for anyone who wishes to address the commission on any item on the agenda we ask you come forward identify yourself for the audio record and sign in speakers must address the NPC board at all times for those that would like to make comments on an item please limit your comments to three minutes on a particular item that's up for discussion all other audience members are asked to observe the meeting quietly if there's a need for an audience member to hold a conversation or take a phone call you're asked to please step out of the

meeting okay uh on our agenda I'd ask for a motion to approve the agenda so MO second you voice voice on that one voice on that one all those in favor hi all right okay could you uh read the first item please or the only item all right first item is going to be CC 19-22 the application of John Dudley for chasing a Sports entertainment LLC requesting a conditional use approval for the sell of high and low content alcohol for on premise consumption at a sports entertainment center chasing Aces located at 1111 West 2nd Street Boer City Louisiana City Council District 1 Police Tre District 12 yes sir if you could just uh state your name and address and and and sign in there please yep yep good morning uh my name is Calvin combes here on behalf of Chase Aces I'm with the law firm of Blanchard Walker o' Quinn and Roberts 333 Texas Street streetport Louisiana 7101 um as our request um we are seeking a conditionally use alcohol and beer permit for Chas and Aces which is going up near the Margaritaville I'm sure this board is is well aware of of that ongoing project so we're just here starting starting the process of obtaining our our city and state liquor license and I can ask answer any questions that the board may have have no questions I have no questions I have no questions other than just how's the project going it's going um as I was talking to Mr Haden uh there were some weather delays back earlier in um gosh doesn't seem like it was a month ago a month ago uh we were looking at an early May opening and it's pushed us back a little bit to to middle of June possibly June 1st just depends on how that Turf

that they're laying on on the nine course uh the nine hole course is going so but we're looking we're looking at middle of June hopefully we got a couple golfers here is a nine hole course a three part three a nine n course pre par um and then we have the the 18 course putting uh area and then of course the the driving Bay and can't wait yeah it's going to be lot of lot of fun and it's lighted right what's up lighted also right it is lighted yeah so I think I think they're looking at 11:00 p.m. potentially 12 I don't know what the city's going to allow them to get away with closing time but it's going to be it's going to be lited as well so I have no questions okay you've got a you've got hours of operation 9 to 11 we're assuming that's what it is is okay um I'll make a motion to approve um SCC 19-22 second there's no public here yeah that's true you want to Voice vote again or you should have it okay and that motion is approved good deal thank you good deal good luck yes thank you was I the only one on the agenda Dr I wasn't exp expected to be drug in app you okay no other items on the agenda U i' call for a motion and a second to uh to adjourn so move so move I second motion carries yeah motion carries so Jeff three days ago beautiful weather we had that trans is that
