Thank you, Jane. This is the annual meeting for the City of Fenton's Public Facilities Authority, called to elect the directors and the officers for the upcoming year. We've got the approval of minutes. Mayor Morath.

The election of directors is to the individuals who won the last board or last April election need to be replaced onto the board of directors. So to accept all four of them to be.
