all right let's call to order of the meeting let's start with Pledge of Allegiance Pledge alance to the flag of the United States of America and to the Republic for which it stands one nation under God indivisible with liberty and justice for all all right roll calls here Simmons here Woodard here shiron B Checker here we have four present The Forum all right next item is approval of the minutes from January 14th 2025 I'm making a motion to approve motion second all right all those in favor I any [Music] opposed all right next item is 1.4 public comment period anyone okay got no one for public comments we'll move to new business so item 2.1 uh Chandler properties is seeking approval for conditional use permit to operate a roofing contractor business at 811 Memorial Boulevard we have a motion to put this on the floor I'll make a motion I second all right second all right staff thank you Apple's Roofing is a roofing contractor and its use falls under construction sales and services according to the zoning ordinance which um is not permitted in that zoning [Music] class however the zoning ordinance does allow for contractor and Professional Services um offices indoor uh with a conditional use permit provided that all storage remains indoor and the operations don't impact the surrounding neighbors roofing

contractors like Apple's Roofing would qualify for this um conditional use permit staff sent letters to ad joining Property Owners we had not received any phone calls or any comments um we haven't no concerns were raised so at this at this time staff does recommend approval of this conditional use permit we also have um a representative from apples Roofing here if you have any questions for him questions I can't remember if we do a the conditional is that for do we set the time on it or is it just till he dissolves okay I could remember and we did something for electr I could remember what we did was that parking L that yeah oh that that does have time on it okay we can set conditions if we [Music] you until the property changes hand yeah changes I have a question um where hey hey how you I'm good you come to the mic hello hey Ethan Mathew with apple ring Ethan thanks for coming yes oh where are you going to be keeping equipment and so we don't so we're not actually a contracting service we don't have any of the equipment everything of that nature we're more of a consultant with the insurance carrier and the and the homeowners we don't do any of the construction or any the Contracting work ourselves oh okay all right answers my question other questions I make a motion to approve I'll second it approve second okay call roll all right Briggs yes Simmons yes wood yes by Checker yes passes with
