Okay, then moving on to item two, that's the conditional use permit.

Yes, the use permit is... PLN 2026-53 and this is the permit for the new operation of an existing public education facility that was previously permitted under PLN 2014-205 and a finer fully intended security This is a conditional use permit for a telecommunications facility with T-Mobile and Verizon as the telecom. It is allowed to continue use since or a number of antennas or ground equipment. It is within the agricultural zoning districts and under the large parcel that is an estimation of the area plan. On the screen here, on the left-hand side is a daytime photo of the facility. These antennas are mounted on an existing PGP lattice utility tower. And on the right-hand side is a photo Again, there's no changes with T-Mobile and Verizon. This is a plan view of the facility and an aerial view of the equipment for Verizon. There are various heights for the antennas for Verizon, and the next slide here shows the T-Mobile carrier antennas and their equipment from an aerial view. planning considerations telecom facility provide telecom communication systems for emergency response reception quality for the community and since the east county area plan to class specifically permits the telecommunications facility is considered a quality mode of use and as per zoning it is silent on telecom facilities therefore the that Alameda County Development Standards for siting telecom facilities would be either an advocate or a policy at least about conditional use permits and their . Just a quick background on the two facilities itself. The T-Mobile expired in 2014 of October 28th, and then the Verizon expired in 2025. So the applicant is now wanting moving forward and then planning staff is recommending that the expiration of the facility would all these facilities be in 2035 instead of 2036 where 10 years from today's date but it would be 10 years from the last expiration of the most recent condition okay that shortly is Staff recommends that the East County Boarding zoning adjustments approve the conditional use permits for the T-Mobile and Brighton City Carrier facilities subject to Exhibit B, Dec. 3, 2026. If the Board does approve the conditional use permits, the draft resolutions should be considered, or the conditions of approval of the draft resolution should be considered. I do have some minor edits to the resolution itself. And then I also noticed that the resolution heading itself references a different resolution number. So that would be updated to correct the resolution number and . OK. Those are the two minor things. The advocate is ready in the audience for any questions you may have as well.
