Let me call to order the special town council meeting for Friday, November the 7th in the committee room. It's good to see everybody here. Our agenda has been published. Um item number two is public comment. If there's anyone here for public comment, please come forward. Name and address. Two and a half minutes. All right. Going once, going twice. Number three, adoption of a resolution declaring the election results of November the 4th. Let's get a motion first and then in discussion. All

right. We we are in discussion. Um Mr. Attorney, we know that the uh after provisional ballots fail safe were done that the numbers changed um in what is in the resolution and and we know we have a motion. I'm just trying to make sure that we get that number right. Correct.

Okay. Thank you, mayor, members of council. Uh the numbers have changed and what we will need is an amendment to reflect the correct numbers. We will change that. The document that reflects the correct results are at exhibit A, page 36. At the top right, it says official results. at the bottom. Election summary 115205 at 10:31 a.m. I see that

and page 207 and motion to amend the resolution to reflect exhibit A page 306 official results from 116 2025 at 10:31 a.m. Would you like to repeat those numbers? That is appropriate sir as I've read that into the record and as you have restated that is the correct one. All right we have a motion to amend. Do we have a second? Second. All right. And just for the record also it changes the number. It does not change the outcome. It does not change the order of finish.

Yes, sir. For clarity, the town of Mount Pleasant has no ordinances um has no ability uh to create, change uh or alter those numbers in any way.
