Um if in the event the county receives an inquiry concerning Mr. Pascowskis' employment with the county, it's going to do what it ordinarily does or these circumstances, identify he worked for these dates and that this was his title and that's it. which is typical in how we the human resources department handles such issues. Mr. Pascalus further agrees that he shall not disparage the county or any of the county officers, elected officials, etc., etc. Concerning any of these disputes, those are the central material terms of the settlement agreement. It's been negotiated in good faith. Um, no money is going to be expended by the county to solve this controversy.
