A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Laredo, Texas, ordering and proclaiming a Special City Election to be held for the election of a city official for City Council District VIII; designating polling places; providing for publication; and authorizing the City Manager to negotiate and enter into contract with the Webb County Elections Office / Administrator or any other elections administrator for the purpose of conducting a Special Election; and any matters relating thereto.
