Aye. Okay. We have no proclamations. We have no communications or presentations, I believe. We have no business, so we can get on to new business. We have a resolution here. Yes. It's the introduction of an ordinance, correct? Yes.

Ordinance H of 2026 to be known as Ordinance 7 of 2026, if adopted, introduction. An ordinance modifying Chapter 250 of the Amsterdam City Code by Alderman Carpenter. Part two, enactment via enacted by the common council of the city of Amsterdam that chapter 250 of the Amsterdam city code is hereby modified as follows. Modification number one, section 250, 18B is modified to read as follows. The density allowed within the planned unit development district shall be determined by the approved planned unit development district site plan, including but not limited to lot, area, and height regulations for lots and buildings within a planned unit development district. Modification number two, section 250-18B6, modified to read as follows, removed. Section three, effectiveness, a public hearing has been is scheduled for September 8th at 9 a.m. Upon ratification by Common Council, the instant ordinance shall become effective pursuant to C-33 of the charter.

So, just so everybody understands, the proposed PDD changes, where it removes the 120% density cap, and the 35% open space requirement allowing the Planning Commission greater flexibility to review each development individually while maintaining a site plan with their oversight and safeguards. And I know that Mike really filled this in at the last meeting and so did Chief Procrasta. Does anybody have any questions? So moved. Call the roll.

Resolution 2627-40, consent resolution waiving 30-day advance notice for liquor license, LLV's Bridge and Tap LLC by Alderman Marticello. Whereas LLV's Bridge and Tap LLC has submitted a revised application for a liquor license to the state liquor authority to sell liquor, beer, liquor, wine, beer, and cider throughout the entirety of the property, now including the outside patio.

Okay, that's the whole thing right there. We passed the resolution last time, which included the waiver of the liquor license. And now he wants to have it now included on the outside patio. So now we have to revise and pass another one. That's all. Okay? That's fine. Okay. So moved.
