Discussion and consider Ordinance 26-03 amending City of Kermit Code of Ordinances 5.05.037, renaming the permit from “Food Handler’s Permit” to Mobile Food Vendor Permit and establishing operational requirements, exemptions, fees, and enforcement provisions.

Discuss and consider Resolution 26-05 accepting the bid for the reconstruction of State Highway 18 in accordance with Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) requirements, with the bid process administered by Parkhill, Smith and Cooper as the City’s engineering consultant, and authorize the City Manager to execute all necessary documents related to the project.
