We have a very ambitious proposal to do. We talked at the first budget workshop about a day-to-day analysis of my office and Nathan's board results at the annual day presentation surrounding that. From there, we have our annual and annual projects presentation for you. If you have a question about the annual projects, there are a lot of projects this year that are very important on our part. After that, you will take a consideration of the proposed value appropriation budget, and then general fund agency funding. So, this is going to be a little more separate. There's a little bit of a cost to the item on the extension. It's not going to be a lot of money, but it's going to be $315 million, along with a settlement of $80,000. I think it's still nice to be able to do something like that. These are some highlights from my day. First day was a lot better for me. I don't look crazy back to it at all. I think it's pretty cool. I hope it's easy for you to remember about first and second year. First year is served, now it's going into day. All the third year, all the second year. And then one year, it has to be the year when the interest rates go up. Each year, all the third year. Once all the third year comes in, not because of the low rates, but because of the running rates that are going up all the time. If I'm going to be a buyer, what I'm going to do is I'm going to bring it together for you to use all of this in a very simple way. But I would probably use a very simple way from less than 1% and 0% to the time I'm in, less than 5% and 0%. We abolish them, or maybe abolish those policies.

We don't know where to determine to let those loans go to the light, where there is no opportunity for a state agency to respond to those laws, or other ways. And that's something we'll talk about as part of our presentation today. I'd love to know a little bit about what you say, what is your motivation,

We all know that in the United States, a significant amount of people do wrong things on a daily basis. And I want to thank both of you, more than a hundred and a half a day, for all the breaking of law, breaking of the law, and some things like that. And so it's important to keep that in mind, that there is The 7th of July, 1990, I'm learning a lot of things over the last year and a half. So, I'm excited about it. I'd like to see a new revenue of a lot of companies. And I also think that it's going to be a good time. There are a lot of other things that I think are interesting to hear about. There's a lot of things like tax on races, faith values, and things like that. New potential, new personal quality, fantastic, great, great small businesses. And things like that. So we want all of that. We want to work on all of that. Very, very, very hard. We need to do what it takes. to operate in the city. And what it will take for us to be able to go from the start, like all of our countries, to the next slide, that will be the second. I can't really say that we're in a different world right now than we were in the beginning. And the first one is, you know, over the next five years, But the second page is a figure of what it looks like right now. And then we looked at the forms that were in it, and we didn't actually know what it was. We didn't see the exact form it was. And then I finally, probably appropriately, based on all the forms, it was awkward to look at them. And then you have this form that you need. And then I'm like, okay, I'm going to check it. Thank you for your support. Keep it going. out of all of our new or different projects. What I want to show you by way of a presentation is a way that you can possibly create a model of interconnected lessons to be honest with you. A team of not only a $40 million blue ball bankers is saving, but something close to $100 million, $200 million that we could use to take on, in one way or another, we need to have a purpose in our living that doesn't allow us to do it. Now, I'm using a channel I don't go to more than once a week, that's the reason. But, I want to tell you to do what they're telling you to do, it's not like they're telling you how to do it, it's real building. And I know that our building is very, very different. It is not a building. It is closer to Seattle than some of the other states in the United States. I'm already at an 80-minute training. I'm going to start over. But a number of years ago, we did a project. A piece of property was in the name of investigating remodeling of a house, moving it out of the house into a much larger, much more efficient building space so that we could address work communities that were here a long time ago. And so this is one example.

When you said you were going to be going to Congress, there's a lot of stuff that I think the community wants to see from us, or the community wants to see from the staff, that's pretty true. So, there's not many in the CDC area who don't know how to dial. I want to say that again and again. There is not a need this year to have a holiday. However, I can only say that it has changed, and it becomes more and more complicated for me to find a process today. To many of you, it's really, I mean, it seems like an issue, but it's something that every mayor I've worked for has said in the last few years. I've talked to people, I've given more money to them than I've said. And from all of my own thoughts today, we're bringing her up on the video, and it's taking a little more time, and it's taking a lot of new troops. I don't know if I ever said that. It's not going to be easy. This is the first time we saw value leaders in all of us in all of us in all of us in all of us in all of us in all of us in all of us in all of us Again, I don't remember the photos, but here it is. Those are his intentions. This is personal shopping for a friend of mine. That other friend of mine is from Puerto Rico, and he had the long-distance meetings, and then they were putting him on the phone, and he immediately got off of the phone. I think it's a natural result. For the first time, we saw a more than 4% increase in value of life. So, while the oil is increasing in the United States, you need to continue to leave the island. The problem is that when you send it to the board, are there really exactly the things that you need to follow up on? Yes.

So, I like to approach my phone in three weeks, and that leads us to where we see each other.

And then, how do I make a decision?

In a hierarchical way, in terms of what we would want to talk about first, second, and so on, so that we can introduce it and use it in a way that I don't use it anymore. So, you're here. We just had a little bit of a fair amount of social distancing. But the rules, you know, make it easier to come across as one. And that was like, my favorite part of it. I remember when Paul was on television, he was supposed to talk to me about the course on the assessment report that I needed to explain to him. I didn't think I was going to be able to teach Paul the whole of the online course yet, but when we were originally developing this, we got it. We got it. Finally, we were able to do it, and he kept writing on it while we were on television. And so that's really what we did there with Black Lightning. We were able to test that through the testing process, and he tested it, and then we were able to use it. I think in numbers, maybe you can stop there a little bit, because we won't know how much the world is going to receive. The money doesn't go all the time, but in the summer, we're going to have a little bit of interest in the world, you know, and some are very old. of the problems that I've identified, we can probably knock out about 80% of the problems that I've developed over the last year. I'm not going to sit down and say, in the last year, we've seen the termination problems, and I've seen the termination problems, and I've seen the termination problems, and I've seen the termination problems.

We can knock out 83% of the problems, and that's what we're going to knock out more of the problems.

One thing that we do at home rather than in the town, I said a few years ago, there is, throughout the area of our town, people from the United States living here.

I've almost known one, and I've gotten to know him over the last 15 years. I've been speaking about him in terms of, you know, as an Indian, and I've been talking to him, that this is one of the ways in which people can take a step back through and re-evaluate everything three to five years, so that when they get to a recall, they are not necessarily And I think that most of the time in the city, but also all of the time in the city that we meet, the city has a word of mouth on what we're supposed to do. And so the last couple of minutes, I would love for you to go out and do a little kind of a mission and kind of take a look at what's going on in the city and talk about what you're doing. Thank you. I don't want to serve on purpose. I just want to be able to do something that works for me. I want to be able to do something that works for me. I want to be able to do something that works for me. I want to be able to do something that works for me. If we were doing this in a more formal fashion, we would still have a lot of talking to be done about how to make a good resume, and how to make a good resume. We are one of the first women out of these gentlemen from very local countries. And today, at the mid-year, as has been sort of recommended, we saw sales tax numbers come in today, more records than any other year.

More of a second. So, as I wrote, you talked about industry being very, very important to us.

There will be revenue available to invest in downtown. And I'll tell you the reason. I did not want $425,000 to invest in Atlanta. But I don't know what that number might be. But it may be more than that, and that number will be available. And that would be working with the consultant and developing out what that number is. So, I know that we have people listening or who will listen in the future, who are interested in what we're doing, and it's relevant, and I want to reiterate what I just said, and here's how I'm just going to talk about this. I'm calling on your office in your area, but if you come up for a discussion, you are heard, and you want to make sure that you get them in business in a very deliberate way, and one that is designed to help us out in the long run. And I want to talk to the boss, and I'm sure the manager, and the executive community, and the responsible businesses that are operating down right now.

There have been some things down there recently that, unfortunately, I don't agree with because I'm at a complex, but then I told my wife, I really don't want to be here.

But I'm serious that what I'm going to do is design a hardware design on it. It's like a figurehead. We're going to take some of that design and we're going to move it to the right of us. And then there's the personal management, where there's not a lot of walking next to the competition this year, with the resources we have.

So, once over a couple of years, we'll be landing there on our rollover projects.

There are infrastructure projects, there are digital projects that are needed. I do want to highlight a model that we've set down for all of our students on the 16th of June. It's a green infrastructure project. I think some of them have done it from the start. I don't know if you've seen it, maybe you haven't seen it. Now we have it. We are going to do a research on it. That's happening all year. We've got it in class. It's in the infrastructure that we're in. It's very valuable to students. It's not a big number, but the mission that we did last year, and all the training lessons and that, not having all that is easy. We have to be hard. It's a world, it's a world we live in. Taking off a little bit from what I heard from Pepe on Bales Road, there's still some segments or parts of our city thoroughfare plan where we've not reached the curb-to-curb goal, where we still kind of have half a street. And it seems like now everything's been developed on both sides of the street. but you don't have the curb-to-curb and all the sewer there. The other example in my district specifically, as an example, is Auburn, which has been identified as one of the, if not at least a minor arterial. The Auburn Village, I'm sorry, Auburn Hills subdivision, That already has a curve on one side, but the subdivision to the south doesn't. And so I guess strategically speaking, when are those neighborhoods, assuming that the developer put money into escrow for sewer and carbon gutter and all these other things, and we're responsible for the middle of the street, where are we, one, identifying those streets, especially when it's at least a minor arterial area, And two, has that been budgeted in in any of the few years, you know, past few years? And if not, are we looking forward to doing that next year?

Yes, that project, we just went through permission, and we did the interlocutor where they'll do the design. They'll come back and show us what that construction cost is. We prefer for the irrigation district to lower that line or come up with a design ourselves. We did this with another irrigation district. That way, we never have any issues. It's on them. They'll know we're there, and then we come and put the roadway over it. And so we're kind of waiting for the final perception contact. And I have no idea. I think I said it back in the end. Yeah, that's right.

Yes, we need a wide line because right now it's only about 20 to 60 feet. We can't fit the left turn lane that we want to in there. So we need them to siphon that or whichever design they want to do. The street improvement, a construction bond, this is a project in the lineup from 23rd and Ware Road that we have federal funds that are being allocated through the FBO. We're finishing up the design and moving that project forward. But we do have some of the construction, about half of the construction dollars secured through federal funds on that.
