Uh yes. So this uh this project they are requesting that the well they're not requesting they are withdrawing this project from the agenda. However, the developer is here and would like to ask that uh they are waiting to get an off-site drainage easement and they would like to ask to suspend the rules for the six-month waiting period in case they get the easement prior to that six months. Uh good evening. Sean Dowy with Arbor Homes. Uh for the record, our office is located at 9225 Harrison Park Court, Indianapolis, Indiana 46216. Um as Lisa noted, um we are we have formally withdrawn this application. Um we've gone through the technical review process and we've gotten everything button up there. Um the only issue outstanding is uh working with the adjacent property owner to get an easement that allows some grading onto their property. Um we have roughly 20 acres of drainage on our site today that goes to the east to Mr. Stemy's property. Uh it also kind of causes some drainage issues on Shirley Moore's property over on County Road 200. So, um, with our design and our detention pond, um, that's going to help some of the drainage issues that's occurring that way. We've just had some difficulties talking with Mr. Stemy as he lives down in Newberg, Indiana. Um, and we haven't had much luck talking to his son, Daryl, who lives locally. So, uh, just needed a little more time. And as Lisa noted, we would like to request a waiver to suspend the rules of procedure. Should we get that easement, we don't have to wait six months. We could refile and be back before you um hopefully with that issue resolved. So, thank you.
