Our second item is executive session OC121.22 G3. This is conferences with our attorney for the public body concerning disputes. Um and then uh as further written there I'll not bore the public with all of these but I will give a brief synopsis. Uh and our executive session OC121.22G1 22 G1 to consider the appointment, employment or compensation of a public employee. And I'll make the motion to proceed as written.
