City Council - Special Meeting

Yeah. All right. We'll go ahead and call to order the special city council meeting for Monday, March 23rd, 2026. Mayor Tiffany Hollis, Ryan Green here, Donnie Barnard here, Matthew Huggin here, Kyle Cook here, Jeff Bar present, Nicole Shook here. All right, we'll go ahead on and move on to approval of the agenda. Is everybody okay with that? I'd like to make a motion to approve the agenda as written. A second. All in favor? I I

All right. So, tonight we have three items, four items to talk about. Um, we'll go ahead and make a motion to move into executive session. And I can do these in bulk. Yes. Okay. All right. We'll go ahead and move into executive session as written. You can just state the specific sessions but as written in terms of

Okay. So we have executive session OC21.22 uh to consider the confidential information related to the marketing plan specific business strategy, production techniques, trade secrets and personal financial statements of an applicant for economic development assistance that involves public infrastructure improvements or the extension of utility services that are directly related to an economic development project. Our second item is executive session OC121.22 G3. This is conferences with our attorney for the public body concerning disputes. Um and then uh as further written there I'll not bore the public with all of these but I will give a brief synopsis. Uh and our executive session OC121.22G1 22 G1 to consider the appointment, employment or compensation of a public employee. And I'll make the motion to proceed as written.

Um, and we are going to invite our our attorney, uh, Dave Dandy, our interim city manager, uh, Jeff Sheridan. Theresa will not Teresa will not be present for these. They just text me when to come back over. And then for the first executive session, I believe there will be others invited in as well. Yes. So, our first executive session, uh we will have our our members here from uh the Johntown Company and our applicant.
