SN25-014 – A Resubdivision of Lot 2-E of the Narrows Commercial Subdivision, Sector 2
This is a request from Joseph A. Miller III, MTTR Engineers, on behalf of Jackson D. Stewart II and Bretton P. Feringa, SCP Narrows LLC, property owners, for approval of a final plat to resubdivide Lot 2-E of the Narrows Commercial Subdivision, Sector 2 to create two lots, to be known as A Resubdivision of Lot 2-E of the Narrows Commercial Subdivision, Sector 2. The subject property is unzoned and located at 151 Narrows Parkway and 13408 Old Highway 280. (Parcel ID 58-09-4-20-1-004-004.004)
Election of Vice Chairman
In accordance with the Bylaws of the Planning Commission of Shelby County, Alabama, Section 3.b, the Planning Commission shall elect a Vice Chairman during the last meeting in the month of February and the former Vice Chairman shall become the Chairman of the Planning Commission at the next meeting.
