Um, we get a lot of service from municipalities or counties that talk about wanting growth talk about wanting affordable housing or housing or new housing, whatever it is that happen, but when the rubber meets the road and five neighbors show up and say, "I'm gonna sit at a stop sign, you know, for an extra car or you know, the school is only has 20% capacity left, you know, and things like that, a lot of that uh goodwill and enthusiasm tends to evaporate and I just have to say in our our very short time working here. This is it's felt like a partnership and it very rarely does. Um the cooperation we've gotten has been, you know, we get told no and we're big kids and we can deal with that and a lot of times we deserve it. But it's always been logical. It's always been a good natur.

So we're exceedingly happy to be here. We're excited. to break ground somewhere towards the end of first quarter of next year and uh we'll have a shovel for each at the ground.
