New business resolution 164 from the Judiciary and Law Enforcement Committee. A resolution to approve the appointment of Assistant Chief Aaron Longry to serve on the local emergency planning commission. This passed unanimously at committee. Yes. Thank you, Madam Chair. The uh Judiciary and Law Committee voted to approve the reappoint of Craig Repy to serve on the Kenosha County Local Emergency Planning Committee. At present, Mr. Repy is the fire chief for the village of Pleasant Prairie. I ask for the board's approval. Thank you, Supervisor Franco. Is there any discussion on resolution 164? I do have a statement before we vote. I am abstaining from voting on this matter due to a direct professional relationship with the candidate as he serves as my supervisor. Participating in this vote could present a conflict of interest or the appearance of bias to maintain transparency and uphold the integrity of the process. I believe it's appropriate to recuse recuse myself. I would also like to state that I fully support Chief Repkey's appointments. He is extremely wellqualified, possesses exceptional leadership and professional expertise in this area and I have the utmost confidence in his ability to serve in this role effectively.

And so, real quick, could we combine these uh through set 170 because they're all the same, it seems like. If you would like a motion to do so, I move that we combine uh up through 170.

Resolution 169 from Judiciary and Law Enforcement Committee, a resolution to approve the appointment of Dave Girardano to serve on the local emergency planning commission. Resolution 170 from Judiciary and Law Enforcement Committee, a resolution to approve the appointment of Andrew Miner to serve on the local emergency planning commission. Again, uh the Judiciary and Law Committee voted to approve the reappoint of Jeffrey Zampanti to serve on the Konosha County Local Emergency Planning Committee. Uh the judiciary law committee voted to approve the reappoint of Mark Melatic to serve as a member of the Kenosha County Local Emergency Planning Committee. Mr. Melatic is an environmental health manager for Kenosha County Public Health. I ask for the board's approval. I move resolution 169. The judiciary law committee voted to approve the reappoint of Dave Jordano to serve on the Kenosha County Local Planning Committee. Mr. Jordano is the executive director of Roo Pike Watershed Initiative Network. I ask for the board's approval. I move resolution 170. The Judiciary Law Committee voted to approve the reappoint of Andrew Miner to serve on the Kenosha County Local Planning Committee. Mr. Miner is the plant director for Rustoleum.
