Consider the approval to lease a 2026 Ford Interceptor Sport Utility Vehicle with prisoner transport upfit equipment for the department, replacing two (2) 2008 Chevrolet Impalas to be returned to the County for auction.
Equipment cost $49,702.00 with lease options of 3 annual payments of $17,852.23 or 4 annual payments of $13,891.21 at 5.74% interest, with no administrative or documentation fees. Documents attached.

Consider the approval of a FY2025-26 Purchase of Service Agreement between the County of Fayette, through Fayette County Children & Youth Services and Brent Eric Peck, Esquire, 111 East Main Street, Uniontown, PA 15401.
Attorney Peck was court appointed to represent children in dependency proceedings. The rate for his services is $75.00 per hour.
Consider the approval of a FY2025-26 Purchase of Service Agreement between the County of Fayette, through Fayette County Children & Youth Services and Brent Eric Peck, Esquire, 111 East Main Street, Uniontown, PA 15401 for agency representation.
The rate for his services is $155.00 per hour.
Consider the approval of a FY2025-26 Violation Initiative Program (VIP) rate decrease between the County of Fayette through Fayette County Children & Youth Services and Justice Works Youth Care, Inc., 1500 Ardmore Boulevard, Suite 410, Pittsburgh, PA 15221.
The rate for this service is $80.00 per hour.
Consider the approval of the acceptance of the resignation of Fayette County Children & Youth Services Advisory Board Member, Jill Yantko White, effective April 30, 2026.
Consider the approval of the following Co-Star Leases through Ford of Uniontown which includes a 8 year 100,000 mile warranty and an extended service premium plan.
Financing will be through First National Bank Commercial Leasing. The lease information is as follows: 2025 Ford Expedition 4dr 4x4 at a cost of $69,213.00 to be paid monthly at a cost of $1,304.87 for 60 months with a $1.00 buyout option. 2026 Ford Explorer 4dr All-Wheel Drive at a cost of $49,293.00 to be paid monthly at a cost of $929.32 for 60 months with a $1.00 buyout option. 2026 Ford Escape 4dr All-Wheel Drive at a cost of $39,306.00 to be paid monthly at a cost of $741.03 for 60 months with a $1.00 buyout option.
Consider the approval for Roy Shipley EMA Director and (1) EMA Staff member to attend the Pennsylvania Emergency Management Agency Symposium March 29 through April 12 at the Farm Show Complex in Harrisburg, PA.
Cost will be for meals and travel. Hotel cost is being covered by PEMA.

Human Resources
Consider the update of the Workers Compensation Panel to be effective March 20, 2026. Changes include adding Ari Pressman to Orthopedic Surgery, adding Penn Highlands Orthopedics and Sports Medicine for Sports Medicine/Concussion Management and Podiatrist, and update to diagnostic tests and imaging to make Cherry Tree Medical Associates the testing facility for MRI.
Tax Claim
Consider the approval of the following Repository Bid opened on March 3, 2026, subject to all conditions being met. Total bid amount is $721.62. Purchaser: Lake Lynn Chapel Devon Davis, Parcel: 36-14-0104, Municipality: Springhill Township.
Consider for approval that Arthur Cappella be authorized and directed to sign on behalf of Fayette County in PennDOT's Engineering Construction Management System (ECMS) for the Sheepskin Trail.
Consider for approval that Arthur Cappella be authorized and directed to sign on behalf of Fayette County in PennDOT's Engineering Construction Management System (ECMS) for County Bridges.
Bridges include 2, 3, 155, 72, 115, 82, and all TIP-related projects.
Consider the approval an Agreement for Engineering Services with McMillen Engineering to create land development plans for the proposed 1.5-mile park loop and hiking trails at German Masontown Park.
Project to be paid with a grant from the Department of Community & Economic Development (DCED).
