Um, we'll start with the consent agenda. Well, we'll have a proclamation naming the week of May 15th through the 22nd. No, is that the Why is that? Yeah. Okay. The consent agenda is C1, a resolution authorizing the city manager to enter into a memorandum of understanding with the New Hover County Sheriff's Office for the Justice Assistance Grant Program. C2 is a resolution authorizing the award of a construction contract in the amount of 1,190,000 to Terry Spellel Mechanical Services Incorporated for the Signal Preemption for emergency vehicles phase 2 project. C3 is the resolution to authorize participation in additional opioid litigation. C4 is a resolution authorizing the purchase of equipment to upfit 25 police vehicles from Mobile Communications America of Morrisville, North Carolina for $440,91.

Ordinance one is ordinance appropriating 3,427,210 to the debt service fund to prepay the remaining balance through on the 2023 B taxable variable rate loan issued for the acquisition of the Skyline Center. O2 is the ordinance amending the Brooklyn Arts District Collective Social District to permit weekly operations on Saturdays from 12 PM to 5:00 pm.
