The Planning Commission approved the minutes from its June 23, 2025, meeting and received the 2024 General Plan and Housing Element Annual Progress Reports. The Commission also recommended that the City Council approve a Zone Text Amendment to add an in-lieu fee payment as an alternative means of compliance for the city's inclusionary housing ordinance.
