I thank the municipal council and the redevelopment authority for all their past support and the resources devoted to this project via the TID. We have good news, so the director of the CHIT will speak, but this also implies additional support from the TID. That's why I ask the council again for its support for this request. I hope this will be one of the very last requests that we will present for public improvements in this area. Because, to be honest, it was a costly project. But I think everyone will really appreciate this public space once finished and it is really the most crucial final piece. I also encourage your support on this subject. The last point is a little more specific, even intellectual. I would like to thank the Municipal Council for having proposed to rename the Biverdam Park to Douglas MacArthur Park. However, I would like to propose a friendly amendment to recognize Arthur Junior, who is the father of Douglas MacArthur, himself General, and recipient of the Medal of Honor. I believe they are one of the only two from the father-son duo to have both received the Medal of Honor. Arthur was originally from Milwaukee and was part, I believe, of the 24th Wisconsin Infantry Regiment during the War of Secession. Two flag bearers lost their lives, then Arthur MacArthur seized the flag by shouting, On Wisconsin. He became famous for saying these words and won the Battle of Missionary Ridge near Chattanooga. He played a major role in the history of Wisconsin and the United States. a fantastic family as a whole and I simply hope that we will be able to recognize the whole family rather than only Douglas. We must assess the proposals according to their merit and their contribution to economic vitality, to marketability and to the long-term tax haven of the neighborhood. In short, I do not choose the owners in the face of development, nor the development in the face of the owners. I am looking for a fair practical environment. A zoning approach that offers predictability to current residents preserves the capacity of the city to encourage. the redevelopment and welcome the proposals that will strengthen Military Avenue. I encourage the promoters, the owners and the community members to present their proposals. When we talk about initial ballots, bulletins, votes by correspondence, which I will refer to a few times, we are talking about requests for votes by correspondence received before the deadline. These are generally indefinitely confined voters and regular voters and they are divided into ballots because this is how they arrive in the WIS voting system. The office of the clerk therefore examines these requests, approves them, create a lot and the labels are printed from there. Once again, as I mentioned, these are indefinite and regular voters, which is important for us. I will refer to these lots later. These lots, ceiling to 5,000 0,000 requests, which is important because in the spring, we had a little less than 5,000 0,000 votes, but in the period of June, we are talking about more than 5,000 0,000 requests. The town hall was closed on March 16. Thus, all the votes by correspondence of these initials were dealt with on March 17. The bill created on March 15 was mainly intended for the weekend. What do our responses to the WC indicate? It is the Friday, Saturday and Sunday bill that we called the March 15 bill, which is the bill that we would discover later, which had been duplicated. It is 152 voters. We had already provided this information to the WC a few days ago. It was 152 ballots. So we knew exactly how many, because it was all this weekend bill that was created on Monday. The duplication of the labels was caused by a double printing, by a person, the office, the engraver. And later, as we would say, it is the former Jeff engraver. In the answers that we provided to the WEC, just the last answers, we identified that the former Jeff engraver had printed these labels in double because there was no clear indication that the labels had already been printed. Once again, this is only for March 15th. I will go into the details of this subject in our answers on the moment when this law was printed in the morning and then duplicated, because the information according to which it had already been printed was not clear. We received a communication from the public or communications from the public from March 23rd and a confirmation was made by the clerk on March 26th concerning the double bulletins. We immediately set up a process to identify or sort out the incoming bulletins in order to identify the possible duplicates. The general election obviously took place on April 7 and on April 6, just the day before, we received a complaint on this subject, our complaints on this subject. This process or this number was identified thanks to a procedure by which we examined the full ballot, where the voters who initially reported it were in the WF 47 by eliminating the voters who had not received a double ballot. In my communication linked to your response to the double A that we noted, it seems that the number could reach 390 due to the number of leaflets that had been printed. We are reasonably certain at the time and we remain so by answering that it was 244 voters and those are those who have been notified throughout this election. We have not received any notification from a person outside of this list of 244 voters having received a duplicata. So once again, I responded to the WEC the following week and a process was put in place similar to the one in force in March, but I would even say reinforced because of this problem of duplication of bulletins and the fact that we did not have an exact list of voters. So it was the end of June, during the meeting of the WC of the 9th of July. They were planning to examine our spring complaint and this answer. And as it was a question of double bulletins, they decided to add an additional point to the agenda and launched an administrative investigation. And administrative... We also received these questions on the 9th of July. Very quickly, let me go back because I have the impression that I have skipped the part on the printing. I apologize. The double-printed bulletins in June, during the week from June 22 to 25, concerned only one part of the regular requesters for bulletins for voting by correspondence. If we say that this is one part, it is because the former secretary, Secretary Jeff, printed a portion of this lot from the end because she thought that it was missing. My response to the WBC significantly details the labels, all the, you know, more than 10 000 labels. Because as I mentioned earlier, there are two labels for each request. When she checked her label boxes, she opened a box in which she thought that some labels were missing and it turned out that it was the last batch, didn't it?
