Public hearing resolution number 2025Dash105, adopting the community redevelopment agency annual budget at annual budget for fiscal year twenty twenty five dash twenty twenty six. Mister John Cox, did you wanna say anything before we get started?
Very briefly, mister chairman and members of the, board, thank you for this opportunity. You may recall a month or so ago, I appeared before you to talk about a new grant opportunity, and you enthusiastically approved that, and we're ready to roll that out after the start of the new fiscal year, which would be October 1. And the amount that you selected for that was $200,000 So we're very excited to roll that out for the, businesses in the CRA in the City Of Deltona. Thank you for your assistance in that. So taking that $200,000 we have placed it in the budget.
So that it it shows you what our total revenues will be. Which includes our trust fund. Total revenues of $3,286,200 the expenses, which include the grants of $200,000 operating expenses, which are minimal capital outlay of 3,000,000, additional capital outlay for corridor improvements, the expenses match the revenues. So it's a balanced budget and I think it's a good

This is a resolution of the Board of the Community Redevelopment Agency of the City Of Deltona, Florida approving the community redevelopment agency budget for the fiscal year commencing 10/01/2025 and ending 09/30/2026, and directing the city manager or designee to submit the budget to Volusia County and the city commission for their respective approval providing for implementation, Scribner's errors, and an effective date.
