PC25-10: Jessica Budde is seeking final site plan and preliminary plat approval for a proposed 3 lot single-family subdivision and the extension of the existing street located at the eastern end of Chesapeake Drive, also known as PPN: 482-08-035, in Residential (R1-A) District zoning.

Project received preliminary site plan approval at the February 5, 2025 meeting and a public hearing was held at the January 8, 2025 meeting.

PC25-11: Nicholas Gorey is seeking sketch plan approval for a proposed 10-lot single family subdivision and the extension of the existing street located at the eastern end of Kimrose Lane, also known as PPN(s): 487-11-031 and 487-12-043, in Residential (R1-A) District zoning.

PC25-12: Ord. 25-53 – Council has referred to the Planning Commission an ordinance amending the Codified Ordinances of the City of North Royalton, Part Twelve Planning and Zoning Code, Chapter 1246 Design Standards, Section 1246.03 Schedule of Right-Of-Way Pavement, Curb and Sidewalk Dimensions and Types, and declaring an emergency.

PC25-13: Ord. 25-54 – Council has referred to the Planning Commission an ordinance amending the Codified Ordinances of the City of North Royalton, Part Twelve Planning and Zoning Code, Chapter 1248 Improvements, Section 1248.01(g) Subdivision Improvements Required Before Final Approval, and declaring an emergency.

PC25-14: Ord. 25-55 – Council has referred to the Planning Commission an ordinance amending the Codified Ordinances of the City of North Royalton, Part Fourteen Building and Housing Code, Title Six Miscellaneous Building Regulations, Chapter 1480 Sidewalk Construction, Section 1480.02 Dimensions, and declaring an emergency.
