Executive Services Department – IT Division recommends execution of Amendment No. 6 to CAG-21-227, vendor Axon Enterprise, Inc., in the amount of $206,300.84 for the Purchase of Axon Justice FastPass, which offers unlimited advanced transcription and translation services, unlimited upload, storage, and secure sharing of discovery of materials, and direct integration with the City Attorney department’s case management system. APPLICATION AUTHORIZATION: LAND AND WATER CONSERVATION FUND OUTDOOR RECREATION LEGACY PARTNERSHIP GRANT TO SUPPORT CLEVELAND-RICHARDSON PARK DEVELOPMENT
Parks & Recreation Department – Parks & Trails Division requests adoption of a resolution authorizing submission of an application to the Washington State Recreation and Conservation Office (RCO) for a $4,930,000 Land and Water Conservation Fund (LWCF) Outdoor Recreation Legacy Partnership (ORLP) grant to support the development of Cleveland-Richardson Park. PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH GEOENGINEERS, INC FOR THE MAY CREEK TRAIL BANK STABILIZATION PROJECT
Parks & Recreation Department – Parks & Trails Division recommends execution of a Professional Services Agreement with GeoEngineers, Inc., in the amount of $399,493, for design and permitting services for the May Creek Trail Bank Stabilization project. Refer to Finance Committee
SEX OFFENDER COST REIMBURSEMENT AGREEMENT WITH KING COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE
Police Department recommends execution of a Cost Reimbursement Agreement with King County Sheriff’s Office, in order to receive up to $26,381.40 for reimbursement of overtime costs associated with verifying addresses and residency status of registered sex and kidnapping offenders. AGREEMENT WITH WASHINGTON STATE CRIMINAL JUSTICE TRAINING COMMISSION FOR A TAC OFFICER
Police Department recommends execution of a three-year agreement with Washington State Criminal Justice Training Commission (WSCJTC) that reimburses the city for all salary and overtime costs incurred for the officer serving as the “TAC Officer” for the WSCJTC through September 30, 2029.
