The city encourages you to review today's agenda carefully. Each citizen who chooses to participate in public comment must complete a comment card and submit it to the city clerk. prior to the agenda item being called. While the Milton rules allow a speaker to turn in their comment card up until the clerk calls the agenda item, once the agenda item is called, no more comment cards can be accepted. Our second consent agenda item is approval of a program provider agreement between the city of Milton and AR Workshop North Georgia LLC doing business as AR Workshop Milton to offer youth and adult DIY workshop classes and camps. Article 11, environment. Article 12, administration. and article 13 definitions. Agenda item number 2692. Our second first presentation item is consideration of an ordinance of the city of Milton, Georgia to amend chapter 10 building and building regulations, article 2, technical codes, specifically sections 10-93 inspections and 10-94 certificates to establish requirements for foundation surveys, verification of lot coverage, and asbuilt surveys prior to issuance of a certificate of occupancy.
