Administrative Amendment 26039, to Change of Zone 05054F, Prairie Village North Planned Unit Development, was approved by the Planning and Development Services Director on August 6, 2026, to reshape the detention cell on Outlot A between N 84th Street and N 85th Street to allow for a commercial use on an adjacent area, generally located northeast of N 84th Street and Market Drive. Administrative Amendment 26035, to Special Permit 455, Briarhurst Community Unit Plan, was approved by the Planning and Development Services Director on August 11, 2026, to increase the allowed density within the CUP from 518 to 584 and to show the additional four multifamily dwellings, generally located at the northwest corner of S 48th Street and Old Cheney Road.
