ATH2026-116 Authorization to approve the early replacement and purchase of a Ford F-450 16-foot IBAK CCTV box truck for Underground Infrastructure Inspections from Jet-Vac Equipment Company, LLC (5500 South Cobb Drive, Building 200, Suite 120, Atlanta, Georgia 30339) utilizing Sourcewell Contract #080525-RVL, in the amount of $464,533.76, funded by the FY 2027 Vehicle Replacement Fund; to amend the FY 2027 Adopted Budget by increasing the Water Distribution Project and transfers in from the Water Sewer Fund by $464,553.76 each, and increasing Water Sewer Fund transfers out to the Vehicle Replacement Fund by $464,533.76; and to authorize the Mayor to execute all related documents.

ATH2026-118 Authorization to approve the early replacement and purchase of a Vactor 2100i Sewer Cleaner from Environmental Products Group Jet-Vac Equipment Company, LLC (325 Westlake Pkwy SW, Atlanta, GA 30336) utilizing Sourcewell Contract #101221-VTR in the amount of $550,757.00, funded by the FY 2027 Vehicle Replacement Fund (VRF); amend the FY 2027 VRF budget to increase the Water Distribution project and Water Sewer Fund transfers in by $550,757.00, and amend the FY 2027 Water Sewer Fund budget to increase transfers out to VRF by $550,747.00, and authorize the Mayor to execute related documents.
