Welcome to the City Planning Committee meeting on September 9, 2026. First, let's gather the meeting and check the attendance.

0:22 – 0:41Speaker 2

Cash Tom Solberg, Phil Furnier, Joe Mann, Dick G. Garcia Charlie Jinks, Jin Yusell Abby Sprague and Troy Mervanix. Thank you.

0:41 – 3:46Speaker 1

Charlie hasn't joined yet, so I'll ask you to check in later. Mr. Jin Yusel, will you lead the oath of loyalty to the country? I swear my loyalty to the United States of America and China. And I swear to the republic, a nation under God, a nation that symbolizes its nationality, a nation that cannot be divided, a nation that has freedom and justice for all people. Today, before we start the meeting, I welcome you to the executive officer Mark Mac's office when you provide us with simple information. Thank you, Mr. Chairman. To put it simply, I will report to the Committee on the current situation and future plans of the Community Development Director. I had a conversation with Amy Mueller, the Director of the Lyle Community Development, and she applied for a vacation. She will return on September 21. I am currently in charge of the Community Development Directorate. As of now, you can only hear the level information. If you have any questions or need any information, please contact me or your employees anytime. We will do our best to ensure that all the work that is going on, such as building a comprehensive plan and accounting account, can be carried out without delay. We will continue to discuss and decide on future department management plans. If you have any questions, please let me know anytime. Thank you. Mark, thank you. Are you looking at the case? Is there anyone who has changes to the case? There is a change suggestion. I will submit the approval document. Request. Those who agree. Me. Me. Those who disagree. It has been approved. And I will approve the meeting log on August 12th. Did you see the meeting log? Yes. I saw it. All right. Is there anyone who changed the last meeting document? All right. I will submit the approval document. I will submit it. Request. Request. Who just requested? Chad requested it. Good. Joe requested it. Who is in favor? Me. Me. Who is against it? It's a perfect match. Abby, can you tell me for a moment? The number of relatives has been satisfied. Abby will participate as a member of the board for a reason. Yes. Let's move on to the development-related discussion. Jen and Liam, thank you both for participating.

3:48 – 4:18Speaker 3

Yes, it's nice to meet you all in person. Hello, members of the committee. I am Jen Dyer of SCJ Alliance. I attended with Liam and gathered here to continue the discussion on the development regulation update. Is it better now? All right. Then we will show you the presentation we prepared soon. You are all in front of the data, right? We tried to match the order and composition of the presentation slide as similar as possible to your data, so you can follow us easily.

4:32Speaker 1

Thank you both. And Amy also gave a few opinions, and I think you summarized the content we discussed well. Thank you.

4:45 – 9:31Speaker 3

Yes, you can move on to the next slide. This slide is a slide that tells you again why we are doing this work. As you know, this is a part of the periodic requirement to update the comprehensive plan and development regulations every 10 years, according to the Growth Management Act of the major cities of Washington. The comprehensive plan has already been updated and submitted for review by the Ministry of Commerce for 60 days. Now, we are reviewing the development regulations to see if they match the various main government requirements changed after the comprehensive plan and the last update. In the next slide, I would like to remind you once again of the various code sections we have looked at while working together since June. Thank you all for your hard work. It was a lot of work. As well as one topic to discuss tonight. Over the past few months, we have been explaining these various topics to you, and I, Liam, and the staff have taken notes and carefully recorded your opinions. And once again, we have reflected all your feedback on the corrections. The purpose of today's meeting is to review several code set topics and show you the final corrections that have been reflected in the feedback we have received so far. As you can see in the next slide, this is a list of the code sections that needed to be corrected due to the request of employees or the request of the committee itself. Regarding the definition, you will remember that we discussed the definition of the horizontal number and the public number in the last committee meeting. In the previous meeting, there was an opinion that the life and safety standards should be defined more clearly. In the case of parking, CJ and employees need additional modifications to meet the main government's requirements. And we are planning to present a new definition of an assembly office building to you tonight. Therefore, tonight's meeting agenda is the next four items on the slide. And let me tell you how it will proceed in the future. I'm almost at the end of my work with the planning committee. Also, we have been conducting the same procedures as the demonstration. Liam and I made a presentation at the demonstration on August 18th, which was an open-ended explanation of what the planning committee has been doing and what content has been included in the last few months. We provided quite detailed data at the demonstration, but the presentation itself was relatively open-ended. On September 2nd, we had a more in-depth discussion with the Development Development and Basis Facility Committee. The committee requested specific opinions on step-by-step housing, transition housing, medium-sized housing, and parking. So we provided additional information and background information to the committee. We will explain the same procedure at the next meeting, the 15th, at the entire meeting. After going through the process, we will submit the development regulation draft, which reflects all corrections received from the beginning of June, to the Ministerial Department and carry out a similar 60-day review process. This process is expected to be carried out on September 25. The 60-day review period will continue until the end of November, and we will review the opinions of the agencies that have been accepted at that time. If additional amendments are needed, I will cooperate with the employees in charge to reflect on the changes and submit the final form to the Council with you again to hold a meeting and complete all the procedures and adopt them until the end of the year. Therefore, there is not much time, but I think it is possible if it is carried out according to the plan. Um, and the final comprehensive plan will also be included in the adoption process, but the staff and SCJ are currently working on the opinions received during the 60-day review period a few months ago. Then, the received

9:38Speaker 1

Please explain in more detail if there is anything that needs to be done differently from what we planned.

9:48Speaker 2

We are still reviewing some opinions, but not all opinions are essential changes. We are going to focus on essential opinions because they are limited.

9:56 – 10:07Speaker 1

Yes, yes, but the limited items are not something to worry about, and there are no major changes compared to the essential changes. Yes, that's right. There are no major changes. There were a few things related to step-by-step housing, but they were very minor changes.

10:14 – 10:28Speaker 3

And as Lance said, it was about the list of recommendations, and this was the essential part of it. So we are still reviewing it to distinguish between recommended and essential items. We don't need a negotiation, so please understand.

10:28Speaker 1

We will focus on essential items. Thank you. Yes, thank you. Yes.

10:40 – 11:18Speaker 3

I would like to briefly explain the entire process of submitting all the results until the end of the year. If you don't have any questions about this part, I'll move on to the correction. Yes, please move on to the next slide. Yes, Mr. Lance, I think we need a little cooperation on this part. The contents of the building related to the assembly office start from page 6 of the document. The request from the city is on page 9. Oh, you're looking at the matrix. Yes, it's a matrix. Yes, thank you.

11:19Speaker 1

So, in the area table itself,

11:28 – 11:41Speaker 3

Since the assembly office building is a new purpose, it had to be reflected in the purpose area table. As you can see on page 6, it is listed as conditional and limited use. Also, since the assembly office building had to define what it was, you can check the new definition on page 9.

11:46 – 12:00Speaker 1

What I was trying to say is that we tried to categorize the areas that belonged to the existing office use in the use area as similar as possible, but not as permissible use, but as limited use. Yes.

12:00 – 12:33Speaker 3

Thank you. Yes. For example, we tried to define it as similar as possible based on the use of the office. Yes. That was one of the things I was curious about. Lance, thank you. Yes. Perfect. And if you look at pages 14 to 18, you have to provide a standard for the use of the conditions. There should be a standard that fits the limited use and the limited use of ramen. The standard is from page 14 to page 18, and it is similar to the standard for office use that was applied in the previous regulation.

12:33 – 12:51Speaker 1

Yes, in the case of conditional use, we had to meet the same conditions by bringing in some of the standard for office use. And in the case of limited use, there are similar basic requirements for assembly-style residential housing. We also tried to match the conditions requested by the definition.

12:57 – 13:29Speaker 3

There is a slide that explains the definition of the assembly office building itself in the back of the presentation, so I will show you in more detail. Lance is right. This is because we had to check whether it was for the office, so we should not apply the same definition as an assembly house. Of course, the office building is not designed for residential use. These differences can be seen on pages 14 and 18. No, no, it's on page 9.

13:29Speaker 1

It's on page 9, yes.

13:31 – 13:43Speaker 3

And there are a few questions about the definition. First of all, where did this definition come from? Did you bring it from somewhere? Or did we make it ourselves? Oh, that's a good question.

13:45 – 14:16Speaker 1

This is a unique land use method, not an industry term. That's why we intentionally separated office buildings and residential homes. Article 7 states that they are not designated for residential use or are not used and are not classified as residential homes. And According to the definition, commercial building regulations must be followed and ADA standards must be met. Yes.

14:23 – 14:56Speaker 3

And there are two things I'm a little worried about, and the reason I use the word a little is because it is stated that it should be installed in a research or semi-researched way in the 6th episode. Well, when I think about the community atmosphere, I think the semi-permanent in is okay. Do you really want that? A semi-permanent in only looks good on the outside. But in reality, it will be installed permanently. So it's just putting a cover on the outside. The wheels are still on, right? I'll explain it in more detail.

14:56 – 15:17Speaker 1

In my opinion, it's built on a permanent in, but I think a semi-permanent installation needs a basic construction.

15:39 – 16:08Speaker 3

And about question 7, I don't think you want to use this place for residential use. It means that people don't want to live there. However, the main government is promoting the development of a complex use. So, I don't know if it's appropriate to put a restriction on using office space in our definition. Especially in commercial buildings, office space is already being used. Do you understand what I'm saying?

16:08 – 20:10Speaker 1

The reason I suggested not to use an assembly house as an assembly house is because assembly houses are not allowed in the area. I didn't want to confuse the two. It may have been built similarly to an assembly house, but it is not used for residential use. Is it because of the area? Yes, it's because of the area. There is a question about the lens. I have been working in the warehouse for 15 years. In the warehouse, it is common for the site manager to be there. For example, the parking space is a little different in terms of use, but how can I suggest it like Abby's point? Part of the business. In the warehouse, it is common for the site manager to be there. Even if the manager lives there, will it be considered commercial use? Is there any specific content about the site of the relevant regulations and the housing? In my opinion, it is not appropriate for people to live there. However, From the perspective of the business owner, there seems to be no such content in the relevant regulations. So there may be a vague part. I want to definitely talk about this part because I think Abby's point is appropriate. Troy, what do you think? I'm not sure if there are any exceptions to living on site. Why is it a security issue? In the case of a management dormitory, it can be an exception. Yes, that's usually the purpose. Sometimes companies reduce employment or provide jobs to employees for other reasons, but not necessarily for security reasons, but to encourage employees to work at the company. By the way, are you talking about an exception to the regulations? Yes. You can see such cases anywhere. There are many cases where these buildings are built on the second floor. This is an assembly office, but as Lance said, it's made like an assembly house, so you can use it as an office. Actually, it's the same as an assembly house. So it's going to be very easy for someone to do that. I think I need to check if it's still allowed and if it's designed or used for residential use. Yes, you're saying it's not a residential building, right? Yes, that's right. Yes. I just looked up the area table for the entire area, and it doesn't seem to be in the data, but there is a residential area with road management in the residential area. It is limited in the I-area. Yes, so I thought there was comprehensive evaluation and definition of what we were trying to understand. Yes, but we didn't deal with this part in the last meeting.

20:27 – 20:46Speaker 3

Yes, it was a good discussion. As you can see in the packet, the location of the office in the area matrix has been changed. This is because it was not sorted in the alphabet order. Therefore, it is not a big change, and I thought it would be better to sort all the items in the alphabet order while organizing the code.

20:53 – 21:06Speaker 1

There is no direct relationship, but there is one question related to all ways of making justice. Are you using AI to expose justice? No, I'm mainly referring to the RCW California Law.

21:06 – 21:30Speaker 3

If it is defined in the law, use that definition as it is. If it is not defined in the law, look for examples of how it is defined in other district areas and create a mixed definition that meets the customer's requirements. Yes, I understand.

21:30Speaker 1

Yes, I understand. Good.

21:35 – 22:06Speaker 3

Apostrophe It was difficult to find the definition of an assembly office building. It was a unique definition, so I could not refer to general data in other district areas. So, in this case, we made a mixed definition by referring to the housing and office definition. Lance, may I ask why you do this? Why are you adding this definition? I'm just curious. It's for flexibility.

22:06 – 23:14Speaker 1

Give it to local businesses to give them a variety of options. I want an office space at a car dealership, but I don't want to spend a lot of money because only a few salespeople will hire me. Yes, that's right. To be honest, one of the requests is from the city. There is a part of our public facility that violates its own regulations, which means that there are more staff than spaces where you can use the bathroom and do other work. Therefore, this regulation will not only meet the requests of I-90 business owners, but also help solve the problem of our facility.

23:35 – 24:12Speaker 3

Let's take a look at some specific definitions. Um, as requested by the committee at the previous meeting. In a broader context of the law, the term life safety was used, and we decided that it would be good to clearly define what the life safety standard means. The committee asked for a reference to the Washington State Building Act. So, the definition on page 8 is referring to Washington State Building Act and RCW State Building Act 1927. Do you have any questions? Yes, thank you. I'm interested. Please tell me. All right.

24:15 – 24:47Speaker 1

I have a question. In the previous meeting, when dealing with a specific article or clause, do you remember that we did not give a number in preparation for the change of the law? Is this clause the final rule? Is this clause not changed? I'm asking because I've discussed it before. We did not give a number in preparation for the change of the law later.

24:50 – 25:06Speaker 3

Yes, that's a good point. In this case, it indicates the name of the account itself, so if a specific RCW type, for example 1927.345, was indicated, the content could have changed, but since it indicates the name of the account itself, I don't think there is a risk of change. Thank you.

25:06 – 25:18Speaker 1

If you're going to mention other resource codes, why don't you mention them all? Including electrical and pipe related codes.

25:21 – 25:42Speaker 3

We also discussed that part. What codes should we mention? Should we mention the construction law? Or should we mention all the electrical-related codes and list them all? I can only mention one. When the problem was raised at the last committee meeting, it seems that the agreement on using the construction law was greater. However, if you want to list all the various codes that refer to the life safety panel, you can discuss it again.

25:43Speaker 1

Why don't you mention other codes since you've already mentioned construction, fire, and mechanical-related codes?

25:51Speaker 3

Ah, there is such a content in the definition itself.

25:54Speaker 1

Yes. Is there a reason not to mention electricity and pipes? Because each has a separate regulation. You can refer to electricity and pipes without having to specify a specific regulation. That's right.

26:04Speaker 3

I. It looks like that. Just.

26:05Speaker 1

I'm referring to it.

26:07 – 26:20Speaker 1

The main construction law will refer to all individual regulations regardless of where it comes from. Whether it's electricity, machines, or architecture, it seems that everyone follows their own rules. So.

26:22Speaker 3

Adding electricity and pipes is a simple modification. Electricity.

26:25Speaker 1

There is no reason to exclude technicians.

26:31 – 27:47Speaker 3

Yes. Okay. The second item is to add the definition of the assembly office building. In the previous slide, we covered the overall changes to the assembly office building. The third item is to change the horizontal modification. It was simplified to eliminate the overlap with the public square and emphasize the importance of the square. Um... First, before talking about the public square, it would be better to talk about the square first. You can see the newly simplified square definition on page 11. Again, we tried to make it as concise and clear as possible to eliminate duplication or misunderstanding. In particular, in the term of public land, the tree planted on the public roadside was emphasized more clearly than before. You can check it on page 11. I remember raising my voice about this part at the last meeting. As for the land, I like these changes. It's simple and easy to understand.

28:01Speaker 1

If you draw it with a Venn diagram, there are overlapping parts, but this is what I was worried about at the last meeting.

28:07Speaker 3

I just wanted to make sure that we were aware of that. Because I think that calling a public tree a street tree can be a financial burden on the city according to a new definition. So I raised this problem and tried to make it clear.

28:24Speaker 1

Yes, it's already a public tree, but I think it's important to do it clearly. It's a street tree now. Now that the definition of public trees is new, it will become a public tree in the future.

28:32Speaker 3

That's what I mean. Yes, but I don't think there's much change in the way it's being implemented right now.

28:39 – 29:51Speaker 1

It's just a more clear and accurate definition. Yes, but those trees have always been public trees. For example, in Spokane, you had to get permission to cut down trees. Because it was public property. I know it's the same here. I'll have to check with the employee in charge of the permit. Yes, so at this moment, those trees are playing the role of public trees. Again, justice itself is for the future, and it may not be realized. I understand that you can oppose someone. However, for the purpose of the compensation plan, we tried to explain it clearly, and we tried to resolve your concerns through a different definition. Yes, that's right. It's inevitable to separate these parts in relation to the responsibility issue. People don't like change. And there's a little more detail in the regulation, so let's take a look at it at the end. That regulation will make it a little clearer about maintaining and managing responsibility. Yes, then who should be responsible?

30:19 – 30:45Speaker 3

It means that it is under the legal jurisdiction and control of Liberty Lake City. Does the control mean that the owner of the house controls it? Or does it mean that the city controls it? Again, these are the questions I'm curious about while looking at the definition. Because expression is important. So, does it mean that we control what will happen to that tree?

It means that the homeowner can be informed that such measures are needed. Yes, I think that's probably better.

31:13Speaker 3

This is the process of making sure that this definition is what the city wants. The law will also be reviewed. Yes, I see. Then should I leave this part as it is? Or should I remove it?

31:21Speaker 1

I would like to leave it as it is. Yes, good. The last item on the screen is about public land.

31:40 – 32:29Speaker 3

As you can see in the data on page 10, we deleted the expression or partially deleted the ambiguity. Now, the horizontal number must be completely located in the public area. I hope this makes it a little clearer. Yes. Please move on to the next slide. This is about the horizontal number. As Lance mentioned, there were a few minor updates related to horizontal water management and placement. You can check it on page 31. Now, regular horizontal water management is recommended, and horizontal water replacement includes public areas and horizontal water. Here are some minor corrections.

32:39 – 33:16Speaker 1

AB. Yes. Lastly, I will tell you about parking.

33:16 – 34:09Speaker 3

If you look at page 33, you can see the changes marked in red. In the previous changes marked in red, GMA, General Management Act, and ADO, I recommended two room parking spaces. By referring to the GMA guidelines, we updated the architecture regulations, but when I checked again, only one parking space was allowed in the previous regulations. Now you don't have to allow two, and you can allow up to two. The idea of releasing parking conditions is to make it easier to approach ADO and other residential units, and to make it easier to buy and use at a cheaper price. So we thought, let's turn back to one parking space like before in the GMA. Therefore, there may be changes, but it basically reflects the existing regulations. Do you like it? Do you have any questions?

34:11 – 35:04Speaker 1

Well, actually, I'm sorry, but is it realistic to limit the parking space to one, whether it's an ADO or a regular house? Or not? In my opinion, it seems to be a matter of duty. So there should be more than one parking space. It's not limited to one, is it? That's right. Yes. Then, on the other hand, is there a limit to the number of parking spaces? There should be at least one. Is there a limit to the maximum parking space? No. We are setting the minimum standard, not the maximum standard. Therefore, if a developer wants 2, 3, or 4 houses per house, it is a fair cost. That's right. Yes, it is known that commercial buildings have an upper limit. I don't think it applies for residential use. I think the land area ratio will be applied.

35:14 – 35:57Speaker 3

This is a good question. And the last part is related to the size of the shaft. The width was regulated to 8 feet. We had to reduce the width of the existing regulations. In GMA, the depth of the shaft is allowed. If you look at the 90 degree angle option, I understand, but it used to be 20 feet or 18 feet. Yes, it was 18 feet. GMA allows up to 20 feet. So I changed the rules, but if you want, you can keep it at 18 feet. Because it is allowed up to 20 feet. Therefore, you can decide whether to maintain the existing 18 feet in tonight's conversation or include up to 20 feet allowed by the state.

36:06 – 36:32Speaker 1

Isn't 20 feet what we're doing now? No, I know it's 18 feet. It's 18 feet.

36:32 – 36:57Speaker 3

The red line you see now represents 20 feet. It's 20 feet because it's allowed up to 20 feet, but if you want to maintain 18 feet, you can do that. I'm sorry, but I must have missed the conversation. Why did you change the width from 9 feet to 8 feet? It's to reduce the development cost of installing parking spaces. So we're reducing the use of concrete.

36:57Speaker 1

RCW, I think it's because of California's lease, right? Because of the lease, the width was limited to 8 feet. Is it a matter of duty? That's right. Yes, it's a matter of duty. Stop talking now.

37:06Speaker 3

I'll do it. Yes. 24 units. Yes, I got it.

37:08Speaker 1

Then... Are you keeping it at 20? Yes, I got it.

37:19 – 37:32Speaker 3

Yes, it seems that all the additional amendments that have been reviewed with you since June have been completed. Do you have any other questions or opinions about this data?

37:32Speaker 1

And this data is listed on the 15th.

37:36 – 38:01Speaker 3

Yes, that's right. Yes, I requested a more in-depth review of the four items of the code update at the meeting. So, I will not announce all the amendments that have been carried out with the committee. As you know, there are too many. So they don't want to invest a lot of time, but they want to know what kind of interest they have in the redevelopment of the city. I'm telling you about the changes. Well, I just wanted to let you know and hear from you if we could review it or not at all. The address number is 55103.02, and as you can see, it is located in the corner where Linder Avenue Road and Apple Way meet. It is currently designated as a commercial area, but should it be changed to a commercial area? Is that what they want? Yes, it should be changed to one of M1, M2, M3, C1, or C2. There is an M3 area across the street, and there is a C2 area near the I-90 highway. Therefore, it seems appropriate to change to any of these areas. The change in the use of each region is a bit complicated, but I talked about the problem before Amy left, and she didn't seem to disagree. I think it was something that was approved by the city. Who's asking for it? Who's asking for it again? A few real estate agents called me and asked if I owned this property. No, it's owned by someone else now, and it was originally planned to be a car wash. I don't remember the name, but I think it was a car wash called Metro Express. Metro Express. Yes. Yes. I did a business failure review last summer, but I don't think it went well. So. Yes. In my opinion, it seems to be considering the scope, and I'm looking to see what kind of use real estate agents can be used for. Among them, many people seem to suggest using it for fast food stores with good accessibility to high-speed roads. So I wanted to raise this problem and find out what kind of interest there is in changing the purpose at the committee. That way, there won't be any problems later. It's either we're considering that idea or we're not interested in it. That's what they want to know. That way, we won't take too much time. Purpose If you look at the regional table, you can see what's allowed. It's a question about this specific area. Oh, is it the term for regional change? Yes, I'll have to check it again. Liberty Launch Liberty Launch I remember doing similar things in the same place. Is it normal to get a lot of questions every year? Yes, there were a few. I'm not saying I'm crazy. I want to know if it's really possible to call them several times. I told you that we need to discuss it during the upcoming year-end update. It's not going on right now. That's right. Are you still considering such a measure? Yes. The reason I'm asking this is because we're reducing the use of land. But it's not that we don't have enough land right now. I was always in the position that special treatment was not possible. In my opinion, it looks like that from the perspective of an outsider. Yes, when I asked for a change of purpose in the Gyeonggong-eup area last time, I was involved in the appeal, and I agreed with your opinion. I don't think there's any reason to change the purpose right now. There should be an emergency to make an exception, but I don't think there is such a situation. This is not helping the local community, but only people with specific purposes benefit from it. Can you sell it? Yes, I do. You are a real estate agent, so you know well. Yes, I do. I don't think the construction work facilities fit there. I'm sorry, but it's not suitable for that location. That location is a well-known place. As far as I know, it's the busiest intersection in the city. Yes. It doesn't fit there. It's a much more convincing argument than saying you can't do it. Yes, yes, yes, just from the point of view of what you think, there's a warehouse, and at the end of that, a new hotel is going to be built. What do you mean by a police station? Who would build a police station there? You worked in the real estate industry, so what kind of building would be suitable for you? That's what Lance asked. And I think a nice restaurant would be much more suitable. It's a building that looks better on the front. That's right. C1 grade 2. C1 or C2 grade 2. It's the opposite of M grade. Yes, yes. I think everything will be fine. I think the M area will be fine for residential use. I don't think it's a good place to build an apartment complex. What is the purpose of the surrounding area? Well, let's see. There are public facilities in the north. And across the road, across the Apple Way is the M3 area, and the northeast is the C2 area. I'm sorry. Can you tell me again? The northeast is the C2 area. I'm sorry. Please go back to the previous slide and check it. I think it would be better to distribute it as a mixed use for the northeastern areas. But it doesn't fit the current situation. Yes, but we are not interested in whether it can be sold. We are interested in whether the appropriate location is appropriate and whether the area is recognized. Yes, I don't know if that location is the right location. Then, which location would you recommend? I think the Siwon area would be good. Yes, then we'll have to go through the related procedures. Basically, submit a proposal and do a presentation. They wanted to know if we had the will to consider that. Yes, I usually don't do that. Last time, I was in a difficult situation. We were all connected. So I... I don't think it's appropriate for the construction industry. Last time, the debate about the construction industry was just about building a warehouse. Did you do that? Yes. No, I'll sign it. Yes. And I think that's why we came to that conclusion. We want something attractive. In my opinion, If there is a lot of traffic, can the road traffic be handled? I'm going to have to study, but I'm going to have to study. Yes, in general, that's right. My words are very small, so CQA California Environmental Inflation Evaluation Act If not applied, you have to do traffic analysis. CQA As you know, there is a CQA procedure. And if it is not approved, you will have to adjust the influence or change something to allow it. Currently, there are no exceptions for businesses that do not generally belong to the area of Yongdo. I don't think it's a public business area. Where is the less shop? The less shop is right next to it. Yongdo. What is the area? It's a public business area. Oh, I see. Yes, it's right next to it. Yes, it's on the right side to the east. As you can see in the picture above, how should I enter? You'll have to go past the less shop and go north of the less shop. No. No. No one will want to make an entrance to that shithole. Yes, yes, that's right. No. No, they won't do that. Let's show up. We'll have to approach from the east. I'm suing my words, especially if the building is designated for the same purpose. We're not necessarily interested, but it's okay. That's all I was trying to figure out. I think there are people who are interested, and I think Joe's opinion will be more convincing. I was going to bring the proposal, but I'll review it. But it would be better to accept it with an open mind. Yes, I understand. Yes, good. If they want. So if you want to take the time to make a proposal to us. Yes. If you need to change the terms of sale, we'll review it. There is no action today. Do you have a citizen's opinion? Yes. Is there anyone who gave an opinion or raised their hand online? There were a few people, but they haven't told us their opinions yet. Excuse me, but is that real estate out of stock right now? I think it's out of stock. I haven't checked the stock information yet, but it was originally planned to be a car wash, but I heard that the operation was stopped due to sewerage management issues. Yes, but the owner is right. I think they're pushing for a sale. It may not be out of stock. However, if it is out of stock, I think it will require money. I think the situation is fine now. As always, this is the content of the sales secretary report. Yes. Um. Yes. There is something to let everyone know. Jim Bonker signed up for August 15th. So I got a job and I have to make a recruitment announcement. Yes, yes. We conducted a voluntary review of the housing-related part of the comprehensive plan with the minister. This is a process in which the minister and the minister review it voluntarily and the minister supports it. Not only the comprehensive plan, but also the housing-related law is included. And we have to hold a public hearing with the city planning committee on the basis of the procedure. So we plan to discuss the problem on October 14th, the next meeting. Yes, if you go to that stage, do you have to participate again? Or is the city attorney reviewing separately? Yes, I think it will be reviewed separately. All right. And I'll tell you about the signage regulations. Thank you to everyone who helped with the signage regulations. I almost fell into the final stage, but due to the lack of personnel, it was postponed to spring. There are 25 things to be processed right now. So, yes, the regulations have already been prepared and the amendments have been completed. It looks good, but the legal review will be postponed until the new year and then we will discuss again. This is the end of my report. The next meeting is in October. 14th. Yes. Good. Yes. I'm back to once a month. Yes. Can you tell me about the police chief? Yes. This weekend, we invite you to the police, car, patrol car event. I am a member of the Liberty Lake Police Foundation, and we support this event. More than 150 vehicles will participate. This year, it will be held in the grassland of Pavilion Park. The event will be quite large, but various things to see and enjoy are prepared. There are a lot of food, a lot of fun events, demonstrations, and you can see the army, the police, etc. We sincerely invite you. Does it start at 8 o'clock? 9 o'clock? 9 o'clock? Yes, from 9 to 3 o'clock. The Lip Ride event may overlap with those who are here. But Lip Ride seems to start at 2 or 1 p.m. on Saturday.

52:23Speaker 3

Yes, it opens on Saturday. On Sunday and Saturday. Yes. Is there any other report? Yes, there is one. This is my last meeting.

52:30 – 56:50Speaker 1

Yes, thank you for accepting my resignation letter. It was really nice to be able to work with everyone. But I think it's time to leave now. As I was going to do, I remained during the compensation planning period, and it was a promise to myself, Lisa, and Amy. And I think it's all done now. I'll be the vice president. I'm new here. Is there anyone else? Then I will appoint Jin Hushen as the person to replace the position of the pill. The seat is... No, it's not for you, it's for you. Please agree with me. Is there anyone who agrees? Me? Jin? Thank you. I will appoint you as the vice president. Now, put on your seat belt. And I think you can try using the doctor's stick that I don't usually use. All right. I'm going to miss you so much. Me too. Me too. You did a great job. No, I'm more grateful. Thank you. I think it's time to open a new store. I totally understand. And Mark. Please say thank you for recommending me to the mayor. I'll contact you, too. Yes, I will. Thank you. Is there any other report? Any other amazing news? I have a question about our group's communication skills. I think we need to do something to finish this as soon as possible. Could you tell us more in detail? Yes. I think we're only changing the code as much as we need right now. And once this complaint is resolved and everything is approved, I think there will be more opportunities to refine the code development. I think we need more updates and more specific content for the code. So we may have to meet more often for that part, but that's still far from the future, so it's not appropriate for now. Including our committee, other committees also want some changes to their work methods, and this is something we've already discussed before. Therefore, I think we need to set up a small committee to take charge of that part. Thank you. Sharon. Yes. Do you have any other questions? I'll leave. Sharon. I'll go back to the attendance check before I leave and submit an agreement to request the resignation of Jenks. Wait a minute. Wait a minute. Before that. Have you ever been contacted by Charlie? Through the employees. I didn't hear it. I'll check it out for a moment. While you're checking, I'll say one last thing. You signed up, right? Next time, when the compensation plan is updated, if you say the necessary first, it will be reduced by half the time. Yes, I understand. And then tell me. Yes, that's good. Tell me. Troy, please agree. I haven't received an answer yet. That's good. I suggest that the Janks chairman's meeting be canceled today.
