SUBJECT: Planning Commission Meeting Minutes of May 7, 2026
RECOMMENDATION FOR ACTION: Staff recommends that the Planning Commission receive and approve the Planning Commission Meeting Minutes of May 7, 2026
SUBJECT: Tentative Parcel Map No. 5188 and Design Review for a Six-Unit Residential Complex within the City's Downtown Historic District
RECOMMENDATION FOR ACTION: Staff recommends that the City Planning Commission take action on the following: 1) Receive the Staff Report; 2) Conduct the public hearing; 3) Adopt Resolution No. PC-26-07 (Attachment 1) approving Tentative Parcel Map No. 5188, subdividing one 0.238-acre parcel located at 440 College Street into two parcels of .119 acres, respectively; 4) Adopt Resolution No. PC-26-08 (Attachment 3), approving the Design Review (Application No. PLNG-26-00024) for a six-unit residential complex located within the City's National Registered Downtown Historic District (Attachment 4).
SUBJECT: 2026 Heritage Home and Historic Preservation Award Nominations
RECOMMENDATION FOR ACTION: Staff recommends that the Planning Commission review and confirm five Heritage Home Awards and one Historic Preservation Award nominations for the 2026 awards cycle.
SUBJECT: Planning Division Website Updates
RECOMMENDATION FOR ACTION: Staff recommends that the Planning Commission receive a presentation regarding recent updates to the Planning Division website.
