We talked about the current legislation in relation to the construction, data center, energy efficiency, pure energy, and the bill related to energy consumption. The committee also talked about some of the legislation sponsored by Carl City, such as disaster relief, forest fire resistance, the improvement of sea level, PFAS legislation, etc. I am very happy to be participating in this event. I will participate in the Kaal Cities Conference in September. I am sorry. I also participated in the 6th event at Bread Heart, Bread Heart Indy Park. It was a great event. The skills of our local artists, musicians, and choreographers were displayed there. So, this is a great opportunity to see the community. There was a sub-comedy meeting for the San Rafael City to fill the ocean. The Mayor takes the most part in it. Then there is a very exciting thing to say. It was the first agricultural green festival of the Reyes's Rail Canal. This was a traditional community event. I would like to thank the library and other agencies of Pigalwood for making it possible for all of us. I was a volunteer with Marine Gardeners. It was very nice to get the families interested in composting and other things. Finally, on August 12, I took part in the inauguration of the Crunch Fitness, which started new in Marina Square. Mayor Kate Ribbon was there, Council Angam Hill was also there. I am very happy to have started a new business in my district. This is done in the tech part of San Rafael. This will be open for 6-7 weeks. There was a good crowd there. This is a good facility for the community to lead a healthy life. Then, this morning I had a very happy time. It was a holiday, but Mayor Ked and I and some of our residents were kayaking through the canal. It was to show the new Sustainability Officer from Marin County about the rising sea level. Supervisors and other people from the county were also there. It was a wonderful day. But when I looked out of the water, I could see things in a different light. I am very grateful for that. I will start from the Central Marine Sanitation Agency Board. Two important things happened there. First, we approved the job descriptions of the CMSA from San Rafael Sanitation District to the CMSA. This is part of our implementation process. Therefore, activities to make things happen are taking place. We heard the report about the centre in a closed session. I can't share the details, but I have good hopes that the situation between JPA and JPA will improve. I participated in the National Night Out campaign. Thank you, Mayor Kate. My report included all the meetings in July, including the 25th of July. On that day, I took part in three events. Crystal Park, Sujikaranam. My job was to pick up the cigarette butts around me. That was a responsibility I took on my own. Then, I went to San Rafael High School to do the Touchrette Truck. It was the biggest Touchrette Truck ever. Since I wasn't there in the beginning, I knew that people like Black Friday were in a hurry to go inside. So next year we will have to find a bigger place. Then that evening, I participated in patrolling with Corporal Agaran. It was a very good experience to see how our patrol units operate in society and how they contribute to security. I will tell you an incident that happened that evening. A person called me and said that he was in trouble. The employee used their skills and experience to make use of all the ways he got and searched the house until he found the person. Fortunately, it was not a big accident, but I was able to understand how much the situation of our employees was. I am grateful for that opportunity. The next report is about the National Night Out that took place on August 4. As mentioned earlier, Mayor, Vice Mayor, Council member Bushy and Lieutenant Eberle and I were there. We had a meeting at Crystal Park, West End Neighbourhood, Vivillon Healthy Ageing Campus and I was able to participate in their lunch. Then on 12th August, Wednesday, I participated in Crunch Fitness, Marine Squares, Shopping Centre and Council member Muran Boladi. In the last 8, 1, 4, 5, I got the opportunity to visit the Marine Fire Station, which is the only station that I have not visited so far in our Shared Service Network. Coming back from a medical school, it was a great experience to see the people who serve our community. When Station 58 was built, I remembered that it was one of the stations that were not included in the public protection program funded by MESHER in 2013. A few months ago, I remembered that CET Maroonwood granted a fund for a short period of time to increase the number of employees and increase the number of workers. We still remember that we are proud of the long-term service we have been providing to the workers in Vaviyal. Finally, on the same day, I was at the Youth and Arts Committee to welcome the Kala Arts Council that we spoke to in front of CET Hall. They were here for one day as their official meeting. I have come here to speak about the three reasons why the Grand Jury for Marine Clean Energy is against it. In the Civil Grand Jury report on Marine Clean Energy, we need to pass an order to the City Council to re-appoint San Rafael City Mayor. The city has 90 days to re-appoint San Rafael City Mayor.
