Now on the record the matter of a liquor license application for We Got the Beat LLC doing business as Whitestone Tavern located at 5800 Southwest Avenue. Present at the hearing is Nova Dawkins, executive secretary to the Excise Division. Mr. Joe Kelly, agent for the applicant. And this is uh Angela Snyder, the managing officer for the applicant. And Miles McDonald, the Excise Commissioner for the city of St. Louis. And it's now 9:10 a.m. April 30th, 2026. All right. You're familiar with this Mr. Kelly? Yes, sir. Okay. The first thing we're going to introduce is a certified copy of St. Louis City ordinances 71819 which governs issuance of liquor licenses within the city of St. Louis. Any objections to the introduction of that liquor license? No, sir. The next thing is the file maintained by the Excise Division regarding the applicant. Any objections to the introduction of that file? No, sir. Okay. Now, this is a Board Bill 60 that was ordinances that was enacted uh that came into effect on October of 2024 which does not require plan [clears throat] commission approval of city voters for this particular license process. So, we don't have to deal with that. No one is here objecting to anything. Uh and I have no uh detrimental information on this

premises. So, at this time I'm approving the application. The application is been approved. The hearing is concluded. We're now going off the record in this matter. Thank you. Thank you. Uh, no one is here in opposition to the uh final determination approval. So, I find no reason why it should be a detriment to the neighborhood. Okay, we're now the matter of liquor license application for T-Rex LLC, doing business as T-Rex Thai at 2203 South 39th Street. Um, This is place is already in business with a liquor license under 2024 Board Bill 60, which took effect in October 2024. This is the final determination for this application. No one is here in opposition to to this premises. We have no reports of any problems here, no police calls. So, everything appears to be in order. At this time I'm approving the application and final determination. Okay, the application has been approved. The hearing is concluded. We're now going off the record in this matter.
